Can't get very close to the falls but my dog enjoyed the view and the bench at the end of the trail. End of the trail to visit the natural bridge so an entrance fee is required.

You can hike to the falls via Cedar Creek Trail. I recommend hiking early in the day to avoid crowds. It was packed / very busy when we went.

Definitely underwhelming. You can’t get that close to it. It can be done with kids, but with an infant do not bring a stroller there are lots of stairs. Also admission is $8 each. Front desk was kind of rude, maybe it was just different mannerisms. ?

The hike to the falls was pleasant, easy, shaded for most of the way, and a good walk for a casual day out. The scenery along the trail made it enjoyable, and the shaded areas really helped on a warm day. When we reached the falls, though, they were smaller and farther away than I expected. While it wasn’t the dramatic waterfall I had imagined, the area was still pretty, and there’s a nice seating spot where you can relax and enjoy the view. Overall, the walk itself is the highlight here.

We decided to check out Lace Falls after visiting the Natural Bridge, but honestly, the falls themselves were a bit underwhelming. It was a hot day—temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s—which made the roughly two-mile round-trip hike feel even more intense, especially with some hilly terrain along the way. When we bought our tickets, the staff encouraged us to continue on and see the falls. Based on their enthusiasm, we were expecting something a bit more impressive. By the time we got there—hot, sweaty, and in serious need of water—we were a little let down to find a modest stream of water sliding down the rocks. I can see why it’s called "Lace Falls," but given the build-up, we had higher expectations. It’s a nice little spot, but definitely not the highlight of the day.

Can't get close enough to really experience it. This picture is from the lookout that's at least 30 yards away. Path getting there was smooth and covered by canopy, which kept most of rain off of us.

You get to see the Lace falls after completing the 1 mile trail named Cedar Creek trail which starts at the entrance of the Natural bridge State Park. $9 entry fee. The view of the falls is not that great but the trail is great, goes through various landscapes. Otw you will get to see the Natural bridge along with a historic cave, a wooden bridge and a paved path parallel to the river. There are also places to sit and relax in nature beside the river.

We were out on a family visit to this beautiful area, especially the cave and waterfalls. Such a quiet environment and many waterfalls, which gives you peace and tranquility. I and my kids really really enjoyed visiting the park. I totally recommend visiting this beautiful site for families to visit with their lovely kids and have fun.

Hope the trail can be a little bit longer and closer to the Fall. We do enjoy the quiet time if there are not that many people

Take your time here. It's a beautiful walk with a lot to look at. Come during the dryer months to avoid mud. The falls are beautiful. Still, it is a bit of a hike.

It’s ok however you can not get very close to this fall and the distance for walking the trail just to be far away wasn’t worth it to me!!

Nice easy hike. The only thing that I didn't like is that you can only see the water fall from a distance.

I was expecting to get close to the water fall but was only able to take pictures from the end of the trail.

These are the falls at the end of the path in the natural bridge state park

Lace Falls is a short trail beyond Natural Bridge. It's a nice photo spot and easy to get to. Level walking about .75 miles from entrance. There is a stone wall to rest if needed.

It was a lovely short walk/hike less than a mile to the falls. The views/scenery along the path are beautiful.

A short but rewarding trail ending in a waterfall. The first portion is the most difficult with a set of stairs taking you down to the path. After that you come around a corner to the natural bridge. From there the grade of the path is mostly level. There are 12 mile markers indicating a tenth of a mile. Around 5 was the salt petter cave and after that the waterfall is at 12.

Nice easy hike out to see the falls. It ends here so it’s a return hike along the same river path.

Great hike to the falls. Keep on the look out for non venomous snakes on the rock walls.

Tiny waterfall that’s a part of the Natural Bridge State Park; viewpoint is quite far so you can’t get a really good view; the walk to the falls and back is about 2 miles and features a couple of interesting spots like a “hidden” underground river, a saltpeter mine and a few other places where you can let the kids splash around in the shallow waters of the stream (keep an eye on them though, it can get a bit slippery).

A gravel trail that is relatively easy to hike takes you to the falls. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, it gets pretty hot in the summer months.

Beautiful fall! The trail to Lace Fall is not too far from the Natural Bridge, about a mile, but there are many stairs.

Small waterfall that is less than a mile walk on mostly paved trails passed the Natural Bridge. Keep walking in the trail that leads you through the natural bridge and then keep walking until it ends at the falls. There are several stops along the way - a salt Peter cave, living Indian village, a water ford you can dip your feet into. An easy walk.

This falls is small but good. After you visit natural bridge it might take 20 minutes to reach this falls . If you are in hurry you can skip this spot not must to do but good spot. You walk through 1. Monacan history site 2. small bridge on water 3. A cave made up of single rock 4. Then walk to falls There are sitting arrangements so that you can sit and watch the grace of falls Overall good spot
