Called this place to see if they might sell and mount tires- not only did they, but they had my specialty size available within the day and had them mounted the next morning, all at a price point below my expectations. I deal with mechanics as rarely as I can get away with, but the team here made it simple and painless- no long explanations, no thousand questions, no 50 page lists of upsells. Just honest service that addressed my concern in a timely fashion. Mike, the manager, has high level dealer knowledge of several brands but complete freedom to treat each customer with the direct and no nonsense approach of a family level business.
Always friendly. Managed to get me in on very short notice. Fair prices. They have worked on both of my vehicles and I have been satisfied with their services every time.
Had an unexpected scare when my vehicle went into limp mode on the interstate. I called CARS and they got me in immediately. Mike, the Service Manager, and his team were incredible—professional, reassuring, and clearly know their stuff.

Very friendly and helpful folks. Broke down on the highway while traveling through VA with my camper trailer in tow, and they towed both my truck and camper for me. They got me in super quickly to diagnose the truck, and had it repaired and ready to get back on the road by the next morning. Even checked and filled all the truck tires and camper tires for me. Could not recommend these folks enough, if I lived in VA I would use them for everything.
I was in a tough spot. My car had been misdiagnosed by another shop. I went to CARs with no appointment and Mike and his team welcomed me, No problem. They scheduled me in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. CARs is now my go to for all my car repairs and maintenance
Came in for popping sound when turning, I informed by multiple people and other shops that it was a CV axle or ball join, Upon examination, they were able to figure out the true causes, which was not that and saved a ton of money! Also was able to do an alignment, Tire rotation and balancing as they noticed an issue!

Very friendly and professional place to take your car. I brought my veloster in for overheating problem and they were Upfront about the things that need fixing right away versus things that you can go a couple weeks/months with. Extra shoutout for mike at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I will definitely be back here for repeat business.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. My car had a niche problem that I wasn’t sure was even fixable, and the CARS crew did everything they could to solve the problem - and they did it! Car has had no problems since. Mike was super welcoming at the front desk which eased my nerves, pricing was transparent and reasonable, and they worked with my schedule to get things done. Mike was able to find quick diagnostic of reason why my AC wasn’t working and Found the cause of the problem being the AC condenser had that replaced and getting the system charged now fast, quick same-day service, nice and courteous, and he also helped me make a cup of coffee! Amazing customer service very clean and nice lobby and the mechanic was even nice when I asked for a suggestion most of the time you don’t get that! I am very impressed with overall service and anytime I have some issues. I can’t figure out will be my first stop at Cars. You’re complete automotive solutions.
Great shop and a great group of people. I brought by wrecker over to cars and dropped it off, because our rollback was over there and I needed it to run a couple calls. When I returned to get my truck I had no idea my truck was getting a breather filter, coolant reservoir, and some hoses. They knocked it out of park and got me up and running again.
