A&D Towing responded to my AAA call for a flat tire. Jason was awesome. He didn't just change the tire, which would have been great, he found the cause of the flat and plugged it on the spot. I got into an accident the Sunday after Thanksgiving last year. AAA gave me an estimate on when a tow truck could come and get my car: A&D Towing was able to get to me before that. The guy that helped me was friendly, helpful, and fast. He brought me and my car to the body shop of my choice quickly. As far as getting into an accident goes, meeting him was the best part!

My tire came off my car, called them and they gave me a time, as well as called other companys for a time to reach me, it took less than a hour with being our first snow of the year and them being busy. Austin came and did his thing brought me car to me. He was a great guy and represented the company well. I will definitely be using them from here on out!! Did i mention my tow bill was only $95!!
Thanks to Charles and his team at A&D towing, our Tesla had less than 100 miles left to safely drive with one of the tire threads ready to give out. With the closest Tesla service center in NC, they towed us down to Raleigh.

Outstanding customer service. Our technician, Jason, called a few times to give us arrival updates. We called AAA close to midnight, yet Jason showed up ahead of schedule and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He explained our problem and fixed it within a short period of time. We were able to keep our trip the next morning, as planned thanks to Jason!
Been using A&D towing for months now and it's the best towing service in my area. I had a 1986 Mini-Truck and it was handled so well and no damage done to the vehicle. Price is fair and reasonable, and on the plus side they have amazingly talented drivers that get it done no matter the terrain and time of day.
I called AAA and Jason was here in about 15 minutes! It usually takes between an hour and 2 hours for service from AAA. Jason went straight to work changing the tire, was very friendly and professional! He even took care of the vehicle and let me go inside to continue getting ready for work! It was very fast, very friendly and efficient service from A&D and Jason. I am an insurance agent and will recommend this company to my clients!

Although it took 4 hours for AAA to dispatch someone, the tow truck driver was very nice and extremely helpful. He did a temporary fix on our camper so that we could drive home ourselves without being towed. He really went the extra mile!
I guess it’s my lesson as a mechanic that I shouldn’t bring my stuff somewhere else I brought my ram here for them to figure out why it was running so bad and why I was getting 3mpg I waited a week and they called me and said it was ready they asked me if they could replace my 02 sensors because they said that was the reason I said yes. I go and get my truck and pay around $1000 and In that a few hundred dollars for a “brake flush” that I didn’t give permission for and I checked down in it and it wasn’t really flushed just topped off, when I picked my truck up I realized it still was not fixed and my subwoofers were missing, they said they wanted to make it right so I brought it back when I got it back this time he told me it was my injectors and I received my truck with my bed cover poles broken and over a month later they are saying they can’t find anything about my subwoofers with cameras all around there property anyway a couple days after my truck broke down on the side of the road and I went that weekend and spent $20 on a throttle body gasket and some cleaner and replaced that and cleaned inside and cleaned the IAC valve and the truck runs perfect and gets better gas mileage when I got it (13mpg) but it’s a 5.9 magnum gas sucking motor and I have a heavy foot. I would not recommend this place to anybody
My truck broke down in middle of busy road in Roanoke. A&D was called and there within 10 minutes to help. The driver was extremely nice and personable. Offered me a ride back to the dealership where the truck was just fixed. I highly recommend A&D towing.

Ive used this towing company a few times when my rolls royce broke down and havent had a bad experience yet. This last go around I needed help breaking into my lamborghini. Jason offered to stick around and hold a flash light while I put together the Lego construction that is under the hood of this magnificent vehicle back together. After finally getting the battery back in he checked my alternator to make sure it was good. Im at the point I might as well save their number cause other companies ive called take forever to show up and their prices arent bad.
I locked my keys in my car and contacted AAA. They sent out A&D towing to assist. Jason responded and very quickly unlocked my vehicle. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend A&D Towing if you get stuck on the side of the road like I did today. My tire blew out and when I realized my car didn't have a spare I assumed I would have to have it towed. Charles sent Jason to assess the damage. Jason was nice enough to take my rim back to the shop and change it out for me. He was back in less than 30 mins with a new tire. 5 mins later he had it installed and I was ready to go. These guys are awesome! They are super quick and friendly. My daughter was rear ended a week and a half ago and Austin responded and towed her car as it was not drivable. They were great w/me over the phone back and forth a few times while we found a repair shop to have it towed to, which they handled. (The other persons insurance paid for the services). Professional and friendly service. I will keep their business card in my wallet should I or anyone I know need their service.
Sooo a little back story... my wife and I were on our way to Atlanta when we started having mechanical issues. Luckily we were close to an exit but not only that! There was a mechanical shop right there!! They basically told me if it could be fixed it would be expensive! So after contacting Roadside assistance & going through several tow companies to get it towed from VA back to PA, A&D towing showed up & showed out!! That got my baby home with love! Southern Hospitality still exists in 2025! Between them, the mechanic, and Enterprise rental! They were nothing short of amazing, understanding and accommodating.
I called the day of needing my car towed I ruined my whole tire and managed to get ahold of Mike to come tow it into a garage he had cars in the was and managed to maneuver in between them to tow my car away this guy is fantastic and it was surprisingly very affordable
