My company truck broke down in my driveway at home. I called Mitchell's and the tow truck was there in 30 minutes! The driver hooked up to it and was gone in just a few minutes! All in all great experience. The only thing I would have thought would have happened was the key to be taken to the drop box at the repair shop and not left in the truck with the key in the seat over night...
Joe responded to my call for help with a flat tire. He called and told me he was finishing up a tow job and would arrive in about 20 minutes. He quickly removed my flat tire, removed the temp tire from my trunk and had it on my vehicle in no time, placing the flat tire in my trunk. He was so efficient, professional and polite. It was a pleasure working with Joe.
Joe from Mitchell’s towing towed our Tahoe to a shop for us and he did a fantastic job! He was polite, friendly and was easy to talk to. He showed up in about 30 minutes and had the vehicle loaded and ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Mark was awesome. He arrived really quick and helped me figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I didn't even end up needing it towed because the auto repair place I had gone to the day before didn't plug the alternator in. Mark figured it out and had me back on the road in minutes.
