Most towing companies get a bad stigma about them, I used express towing for my jeep. Price was very reasonable and the fella that showed was super friendly and came very quickly. If you need your car towed I recommend these guys, no one wants their car to break down but if does and you need a tow give these guys a call

Received a recommendation to call them. Austin walked us through the process. They worked directly with roadside assistance to get paid. Gave a ride to pick up the rental car. Then came back to tow my car to their lot. As the Hartford kept us in the dark. Express towing kept in touch to let us know when Hartford took our car. Wonderful service.
Austin was phenomenal! We were in a complete pickle with a flat tire on the side of the highway in a construction zone and it was already dark. We had less than an hour to make it to the only open place with a replacement tire, and he arrived in less than 25 minutes. He was professional and kind, and we made it with time to spare to get a replacement. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I called three tow companies who all said they could not accommodate my babies car seat and were charging $150 hookup. I finally called Express tow, not only could they accommodate my car seat, but the rate was significantly lower!!! The lady who helped was so kind and concerned. The great service just kept going , his dad (Keith) had my car repaired within 24 hours, found used parts since I was on a budget, and completed my service for way less than I imagined possible. Called Express Towing for a dead vehicle tow. My vehicle was so dead that it wouldn't even shift into neutral. They answered the phone and dispatched a driver immediately. Once the tow truck arrived, they got my vehicle secured and rolled out of the parking lot in less than 30 minutes. Driver was pleasant and courteous. Price was very reasonable. I absolutely will use Express Towing again if I'm in of need Towing/Roadside services in the future.

Called 3 places on saturday. Austin was the only one who picked up lmk he had groceries in the car and would drop them off and come to the van. Within a hr, he had it picked up, and i was over 35 minutes from his shop! I was unsure of who I wanted to fix the van, so he kindly took the van to his yard till Monday with no storage fee's. till I could talk to the shops! This company forever has my business with any towing needs! They may not offer the cheapest tow in town, but they have the best customer service, quality care for vehicle, and integrity for themselves and their business! I won't even second guess who to call for a tow!

Austin is a great help, and the only person I would use to tow my vehicle, my wife and I were 2 hours from home when our transmission went out (on a sunday(mothers day to top it off)) and Austin was able to get a tow truck out to us and get us home quicker than a company that was local to where we were would have been able to even get to us, highly recommend for all your towing needs!!

Austin is the friendliest tow driver I’ve ever worked with, I called him when I was bringing a vehicle home to Roanoke from Harrisonburg and didn’t know if I could get it down the road but I let him know about the situation and he stayed on standby for my call just in case I did have a breakdown. I did luckily get home but the fact that he was generous enough to work with me in that situation was truly one of the kindest acts I’ve received from any tow business.
