Ordered a part online that said in stock ready now, drove to the store and they said 'oh man we only had one left and just sold it'. So fyi when you order the part online to pickup it doesn't hold it and it might not gone before you get there.
Thanks for telling me I can bring back coil packs with a receipt, then when I do say you can't. Never again, I was literally told to keep the receipt if I wanted to return them. AUTO ZONE ACTUALLY HONORS THEIR POLICIES, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ADVANCE
I had a wonderful experience with getting my battery changed. A gentleman named Sal was beyond kind and extremely knowledgeable. He had my battery changed in under five minutes. This man should receive a raise. That type of service and kindness is very rare.
i went to advanced auto today with no clue of what to do. they were extremely helpful. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the work done. this advanced auto has great customer service. Thomas deserves a raise!
Very good experience. Jose was so helpful in assessing my current battery health indicating a lower crankage than advertised and being swollen a little on the aide. He changed my battery appropriately with terminal protectors and grease.
I have always used Rain-X Latitude wipers and been pleased. When I picked up mt last set, I wasn't aware that the manufacturer had changed the universal adapter so that they would no longer fit my vehicle. The next time I was in the store making another purchase, I asked if they were aware of the change, and Salvador said they were. I told him my issue, and he offered to take a look at it for me. I took him up on his offer, and he confirmed that the new adapter would not fit. He then went one step further. He went back inside, retrieved a drill, and then proceeded to retrofit the adapter to fit my vehicle. This solution worked great! This is just one example of the great service I've received at this location over the years.
I went in there yesterday since i meeded to change my spark plugs and coil pack. Thw two ladies in there were very sweet. I didnt get their names but their customer service was top tier and they went above and beyond to help me in every way they could.
We were in this location Sunday evening and Chuck was who waited on us. He was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to make sure we had everything we needed and he was very thorough with details. We had a very large amount of stuff we needed and he went above and beyond. Chuck is our go to guy next time for sure.
Best experience buying all staff I need for my car. Stephanie was so helpful and nice and we found everything we needed. Additionally, it’s amazing to find people who speaks both languages English and Spanish.

Don’t let Chuck take your battery out! He snapped a bolt off of the piece holding my PCM onto my car. He tried to use an impact to loosen it after I told him I could change my battery out myself. Instead of loosening it, he tightened it down and snapped it. Then he couldn’t get the bolt out. Luckily another awesome customer fixed it at THEIR HOUSE for me. If I could give negative reviews for this employee I would.
Stephanie helped me with everything l needed, she was very kind and always very respectful. I really like that advance auto parts have people who speak two languages such as Spanish and
English. She is a very nice employee.
Definitely do not trust Advance they do not know anything about parts even reading it from a computer! They have now cost me over $400 just this time with a wrong part and would not even price match it to make up for there stupidity
Sal was wonderful! Found exactly what I needed, shared a discount with me, and talked about a membership that helped me save money! Then he installed my wipers quickly with a smile! I will be returning to buy at this location!
You may have a little bit of a wait but the staff is very helpful. Even took the handle off an old core battery to put on the new one I bought since it did not have one. That's great attention to detail.

Don’t ever shop here! I bought a spark plug for a weed eater and bought the model number from the trimmers owners manual. The guy who rang me up never asked for my phone number.
The plug didn’t fit and I tried to return it, but couldn’t find the receipt.
A different guy was working when I tried to return it, but he wouldn’t accept it.
He must think my scam is to go around Roanoke trying to return a brand new spark plug with the package for money.
I will NEVER EVER shop at Advanced Auto again!
I had to buy a battery for my vehicle. The battery was leaking, so I went back and they replaced it. Plus, gave me a discount on my next purchase. I got another phone cord and a heavy duty light that I can charge in my vehicle and in the house. They were very helpful and determined to help me with my problem.

Friendly staff. Okay selection. Parts prices are comparable to the other parts stores. None vehicle specific items such as car covers, oil, cleaning items, etc are priced fairly higher then places such as Walmart and Target.
I went into Advance Auto for a product to clean my asphalt driveway of oil drips. The guy at the counter knew exactly what I needed. He got the product and told me how to use it. He was so right. It really worked good. Glad to see Advance Auto has knowledgeable staff on board.
Came by today for a diagnostic test when my van's battery light came on. I called when I got there, with kids in the car. Tony was quick to come out when I called, explained what he was doing and the ins and outs of what he was checking for. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed by how helpful and thorough he was.
Been going here since my first car repair days 20 + yrs. Professional and helpful. Some staff changes but overall same experience here. Some patience required:) as there is a constant stream of customers.
