It was a great experience as usual. The tickets on the shelf match what they should at the register and i appreciate that. The guy that waited on me today was super awesome especially considering my rude self had a phone call i had to answer come at the same time he started ringing me up. Thank you so much whoever you were! You made my experience better than it could have been or should have been. I'm sorry i was on the phone, but you're awesome for being so cool with it! Thank you!

Waiting in line over 20 mins while 3/4 employees are doing the truck in the back. Better management is needed regardless. I’m still standing here as I write this. I can see 3 employees just avoiding eye contact. Absolutely poor customer service. If I didn’t absolutely need the part before I could leave the lot I would’ve walked out.

Some are not so helpful… just ask for a firewall gasket, blinker fluid, anything not real ….. watch some go looking…

Out here at this location there is an exceptional sales representative behind the counter and his name is Mike Hartman. After having a rough day he turned it all around from the start to the end of my transaction he was helpful courteous kind and I highly recommend here for any Auto Parts needs and if you run into Mike you're in for a treat

Thank you to Zack T for your help in getting me the correct wiper blade for my Subaru! He saw me struggling with my original purchase and found I had a wrong blade. He ran in and got me the correct part and placed it on the vehicle. I think he went above and beyond . What great customer service! I was so exhausted from work i forgot to tip. I will return . Thanks again ZackT.

They took a guy in front of me in line to get his car code read then came back in and told me to wait while they took the line. I waited outside for 40 minutes and came back in and waited through the line another time, i asked if they had someone else to come code read my car because the guy at the register said he can’t come outside while he has a line, one hour later i’m still waiting. I need to know if i need to tow my car but im sitting here waiting for this guy

Came in for a tail light bulb just so happened while I was there my battery died Roshawn the cashier went above and beyond he cleaned my battery terminals and jumped off my car I would give him more than 5 stars if I could he did an amazing job

I came in this morning to get a few parts and the manager, I believe his name was Zach, kept trying to get my number and asking if I was married. When I said I wasn't going to give him my number he then got rude with me. Very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location.

The staff was helpful, the lot was clean for the most part, but the inside of the store has a terrible odor. The area that this location is in can be a bit on the rougher side so be aware of your surroundings and belongings. This location was moderately stocked well. Be sure they have what you need before making the trip!

This location sucks. The guy that works behind the counter with the thick hair. Always seems to be spaced out. Then their prices are out of the roof. The only time I go in. Is when I have a customer that insist I use advance auto. I personally deal with fisher auto.

Make sure you use cash here, if you use a card they'll issue you an electronic refund that will never arrive. Second time's on me but I thought for something so simple it'd be fine... I was wrong.

Once again, this location showed fantastic customer service and professionalism. Miles kept me from making a costly mistake with my Cadillac. Most Advanced Auto Parts stores i've entered over the years lacked needed customer service, but not this location. Every time i enter this business i'm greeted immediately, and whomever i deal with always goes above and beyond. Thank you again for saving me time and money! Somebody needs to give Miles a raise.....because if i hadn't listened to Miles, i'd be fixing my attempted repair to the tune of $1900! If you're looking for quality parts and service, this particular location is your one stop shop! Thanks again gentleman, and you continue to justify my family's loyalty to your store

Staff members are wonderful. I went to pick up items to change my oil when a gentleman approached me asking for a ride and for money. One of the staff members noticed I was uncomfortable and asked the man to leave me alone and proceeded to tell other staff members who gathered around me, checked me out and even walked me out to my car. It really made me feel good to see other people look out for me. 100% will recommend this location.

Never a pleasant experience in this place. Good employees. False advertising one price on the internet and charging over twice what was advertised. Thanks again Advance. The Williamson Road store is probably the lowest performing store in the chain. Poor buying experience for me.

We were there for a fundraiser for kids. An employee named Kiera told us to move our cars or we wouldn't be allowed back there, while we were packing up to leave because we were blocking a parking space that she wanted... THERE WERE PLENTY OF SPACES OPEN. I would say about 30 open spaces in the lot. We will not do our car washes there ever again. Another lady gave someone a hard time for asking to use the bathroom as well. Not a good experience. I expect better from Advance Auto.

Great! The lady that helped me knew exactly where the item was I needed and had me with an associate ready to check out within minutes. I joked with the general manager as he did the check out helping his team!! Great people and great service!!!

It was great servers for me but the man that work there name Shane he put a batter in my car pooring down rain and didn't even have the right tool on his tool cart took him about 45 min i give the man a big thank you shane for your time and help.

Sold me the wrong alternator. I found out the hard way after taking out my old one. They tried to tell me I can't get a refund on parts installed, so I had to push back and tell them it was their fault for selling me the wrong part. The guy told me to bring it in and he'll see what he can do, like they're doing me a favor. Upon bringing in the part, the guy realizes it was definitely the wrong part and starts laughing about it. I guess he doesn't realize how dangerous it is to sell customers wrong car parts. They offered to have the part shipped to their store so I can come pick it up with no car. Uhh I can just order online and have it shipped to my house for cheaper, getting the correct part, and not have to ride my bike. They did give me a refund, and I didn't die from installing the wrong car part and my car blowing up. So there's that at least! This is the 2nd time that's happened to me, and ironically it's car parts I've bought from Advance auto. Definitely not going back again after all that Folks that are buying car parts from Advance auto. Make sure you thoroughly check the parts and part numbers of your purchases and that matches your vehicle before you leave the store.

Jake was phenomenal. He assisted my mother with a car battery issue. It is personnel like Jake that keep this location in business. A shout out to Shelly as well. She is an incredible manager and wonderful example to her staff. They both went above and beyond our expectations and we cannot thank them enough. Customer for life.

I was visiting family for Thanksgiving. I stopped at this advance auto for a quart of oil before traveling 500 miles back home and the employee got a little angry because I ask him if he could put the oil in my car for me. He didn't want to go out in the cold weather to do it. I even have him a tip for helping me. I'm glad that I don't live in Va some people are rude.

Jedediah "Jed" helped me get the right alternator for my car today. He was VERY courteous and helpful. Rarely, at businesses these days, do I encounter people as friendly and kind as he was to me. I will go out of my way to shop at this location in the future!
