  I ordered a Glad hand tire inflator that I had to have in order to pick up a 53' trailer that was 4 hours away in an unpopulated area. This part was essential to move the trailer. I ordered the item on Friday and was given Monday as a pick up day which was what I needed since I had to pick the trailer up Tuesday. Monday, I drove 40 minutes to NAPA in Roanoke from Bedford. I was told that the part was on the way and would be at the store by 1400. On Tuesday I had to drive back to Roanoke again to attempt to get the part. Due to my work schedule I had to wait 1.5 hours for the store to open so that I could get the part that I had to have before driving 4 hours to the trailer location. When the store opened I was told that the part was 2.5 hours away in Greensboro, NC so I would have to go there to get it. NAPA WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN! I will tell as many mechanics and freinds about this experience so as to discourage them from doing business with NAPA.

  This used to be a good place to get parts , but it has gone down hill . I went there looking for a specific part that i could have got at orielys or autozone but i would have to wait a day the guy told me without even looking it up it was a dealer item even though it isnt . That isnt the only time similar things happened there. If you cant look up parts dont be a parts person.

  It was late and snowing I needed a bolt the two guys working the counter helped me out nice guys would have been 5 star's but I ask like 3 times if it was the same size bolt thread as the one I was matching it to I was told yes but it wasn't

  My 18 year old daughter was traveling and needed a new car battery. I have always trusted NAPA and sent her to the Roanoke VA store in hopes they could assist her in the purchase and replacement. They sold her a new battery but we're unwilling to help her replace it. My fingers are crossed she makes it back to Michigan so I can change it.

  This location sells bad car batteries and does not honor their warranty. I’m a mechanic and have been a Napa loyalist for years now, but my first and last experience with this location (personal not business related) was they sold me a battery, battery went cold, and the baloney sandwich behind the counter wouldn’t warranty it because, if you can believe this: first he pointed out a small amount of corrosion on the positive terminal and said “see this? That means your truck wasn’t charging the battery and this is why it’s dead” the alternator was charging fine, I was even able to jump the battery indicating that there is nothing preventing current from getting to the terminals, THEN he asks for my phone number from the purchase to look it up, I give it to him, he says nothing comes up under that phone number, and I distinctly remember giving my phone number... anyway he asks for a receipt, which I didn’t have so I pointed out the bar code literally attached to the battery that says in big letters “ROANOKE NAPA CONNECTICUT AVE” with the purchase number. He wouldn’t even look at it!!!!! Just kept sdemanding that I pull a receipt out of no where. It’s a shame to see a Napa being run like this, it ruins the whole brand for me which, like I said I’ve been loyal to for years!

  Was passing through VA on my way to FL from RI, when my oil pressure sensor went out on my truck in the middle of the night. Called with the part number as soon they opened, they confirmed the price and availability, with 1 on hand. Had it in and out of the truck within a few minutes and was back on the road. Counter salesmen were great to deal with. The store was by far the nicest NAPA that I have been to, the inventory on hand and the organization/ cleanliness of the product display was impressive (coming from the auto industry).

  Mike, Joe, Tony, and Amanda are awesome! I call/come in with hard to find parts and accessories all the time and they always have a solution to my problem. As a fleet manager this is critical to keeping my crews operating! I constantly stay busy and by their quick delivery makes me able to stay productive by not having to leave to go get my parts. I couldn’t be happier! You guys keep up the good work!!!

  I ordered 3 oil filters online and not 10 minutes later I received a nice phone call stating that the items would be delivered and ready for pickup by 2 PM. I went to pick up the filters after work and they only had two available. The cashier said they must have sold one so I picked up those two and went on about life. Almost a week later I got a phone call saying that the filters were on the shelf and I needed to come pick them up. A little bit of organization will go a long way. Because of the friendly phone call and cashiers I will return to this location again but my first experience was less than great.

  I think I stoped at the wrong time, close to closing on a Friday, but both persons at the counter tonight were very unpleasant to deal with. The guy seemed like he hates his job and he wanted to go home like 3 hrs ago. Never coming back to a NAPA store.

  Called on a Saturday expecting to hear the same thing I'd heard at different parts stores in the area. Pleasantly surprised they had the obscure gasket I was in quick need of IN STOCK! Got there and they were helpful in telling me that if I had any other needs for Euro parts to call them that they had upped their stock on Euro parts. Will deal with again. Staff very helpful.
