Had car trouble today and ended up broke down and waiting for help in this parking. The store manager was kind enough to come out and offer help without me even asking. She was super kind and very knowledgeable. I was fixed up and going in under an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better place to break down! Thank you so much for the amazing service in a stressful situation!
They are always very friendly and helpful there. Was watching interaction between customers and sales personnel today. They were treating each other like family. Made me smile.
Was picking up ordered pat. Got the new guy. He was kind but didn't have the immediate support/trainer available. More training/testing needed before flying solo. Was the trainer provided appropriate training? She was very nice.
Just so you know, if you buy online then pick up your parts, they charge your card extra until they feel like taking the extra charge off. Unless it's a far better price, I will just call and put order in over phone.
Im am currently taking over this store as the general manager as of 10/14/18. sorry for anything less than great service from the staff at this location in the past. i will work vigorously to get this store back to it prime and one the leading location in your area. By far THE BEST advance store I have EVER been in, the manager you have there now is someone who should be a lot higher up the food chain than a store manager
