This was probably the best vehicle buying experiences we have had. There was no high pressure or trying to add on unwanted, unneeded services or products. They took care of whatever the truck needed and made a fair deal. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Duncan Suzuki.

My husband and I just bought a car here on Friday. We went in earlier in the month and were treated so kindly and professionally. We were honest about our credit and when we could pay. Erika was lovely and didn't judge us. Dan who handled the financing treated us with no judgement. We were able to walk out with a car despite the obstacles we presented. They are amazing!!

I highly recommend this dealership! David and Logan were phenomenal! I am extremely picky and Logan was extremely patient and didn’t make us feel rushed! They made sure we understood everything and also made sure we got the best deal! They were friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Had to change my rating to one star. Ever since Casey left the service position, the experience has gone downhill. The new service guy is terrible. I waited over a month under the impression they were researching and ordering parts after diagnosing my car’s error code in Jun 2025, only to be told in the end that all it needed was a transmission fluid flush — something that should not take a month to figure out. I called multiple times to follow up, but the new guy couldn’t even pull the error code, kept making excuses about needing more time, and never gave me any real answers. He promised call-backs that never happened. Over the course of a month, I had to call more than four times just to get this non-answer. Once, he put me on hold for 40 minutes saying he was checking on parts and next steps, but never came back to the phone. I eventually hung up.I've been a loyal customer of Suzuki Pulaski for a variety of services, and my experience has consistently been outstanding. Whether it's routine maintenance, repairs, or other specialized services, I always turn to Suzuki Pulaski because of the trust and reliability they offer. I missed the old service they used to offer. _______________________________ The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. On July 17th, I drove away in a 2016 Hyundai Elantra , I had the best car buying experience, When I went to look Logan came out to greet me ,He absolutely put no pressure on me ,I told him my plan and he went to work, buying a car is nerve racking ,Logan made this easy for me, I highly recommend Duncan,Pulaski The Sales Manager was the absolute best. These guys go above and beyond for their customers, I sighned everything on a Sat ,I picked my car up Mon ,next morning was told i had a headlight out, i was like no way, so I called Logan told him bout the headlight ,he said no problem we got you,I took it back they fixed my bulb, If your thinking about buying a new or used vehicle, Go to Duncan in Pulaski, Tell Logan Jennifer sent you!!

I had a great experience buying my truck friendly staff got me in and out fast and had agreement for new running boards and a new battery because we had to jump it every time they said I didn't have to go back there and drive 73 miles one way I could have it installed at the Rocky Mount Duncan location after many of calls I got nowhere they did send me the running boards so I guess I have to put them on myself and buy a new battery too and after 5 days I noticed I have a radiator leak I guess they didn't see that am sure I owned it for a month now some day I will need a truck or car again and it won't be any of the Duncan dealership

I have used Duncan Suzuki for several years. I trust their service department for any repairs or maintenance on not only my vehicle but family members as well. My last two vehicles have been from Duncan's in Pulaski and have enjoyed their honesty and willingness to work with me. A couple weeks ago I ran over a tarp strap while exiting the off ramp in Dublin. The "S" hook went into my tire. I immediately called Duncan's and Casey from the service department stayed on the phone with me while I tried to drive to their shop. Once I got to the service department the guys in the shop made a fast repair of the tire. I sincerely want to thank Duncan Suzuki, Erie Insurance in Pulaski, and 99 Car care for their speedy help and friendly, professional service.

Truly the best car dealership I’ve been to. Logan was incredibly helpful and patient with us, as well as David! They did everything they could for my partner and I which was more and beyond. If you’re looking for a car in the area, I absolutely recommend them!

Recently bought a used car here for our daughter. Very positive buying experience. No pressure. Plenty of time to test drive (twice). And when I had a mechanical concern, David wrote me an agreement to have it repaired. Repair got done, service manager was polite and professional. We will definitely look here again when we're shopping next time.

Took my 2011 jeep compass here for an oil change and a simple exterior light ground wire repair, 3 days later...only the oil change is complete. Not good service, and they do not take notes or remember what you need done. I wrote all of this down for them and they still didn't complete the repairs. I wonder if they even changed my oil? I do not recommend

We got our first car and let me just say they are super friendly and super helpful. Our son is wide open and they not only handled that well, but interacted with him and kept him occupied through the process. Made a new experience for our family a great one. If you don't look like you have a lot of money they are very rude, and condescending. I didn't even need my credit checked. Jokes on them...I was paying in cash. they didn't even let me look at any vehicle before ushering me in to "check my credit". I just played it out just to see what all the options was. they let me sit there for one hour and never ran my credit. I guess they thought we would give up and leave. while he was flirting with other staff members. They also were very snotty, rude, and cracking jokes about customers appearing poor amongst other things.. never judge a book by its cover, it might come back to bite you.

Spent $38,600 on a Ford truck 2 weeks ago didn't have to go through there banks went and got my own loan from my bank made it super easy on them well when I got to my bank I looked under the vehicle n there was oil on the rear diff so I brought it up to them and they said they would look at it thinking that it was the pinion seal well took it back after a appointment was scheduled they cleaned it off n told me to drive it n call them back if I seen it leaking no matter what for $38600 they should have put 1 in it ill never deal with Duncan Suzuki ever again I now have to take it to Blacksburg Duncan Ford there sister company I spoke to them and they even said it should have been repaired that they had heard so many Horror stories about pulaski n shoddy business practices they don't care about the customers I even asked Logan when I took my vehicle on the 18th of March if I could get a loaner vehicle n he said he would have to talk to Management lol I just spent $38600 n u can't even call me back there is a lemon law n Virginia avoid this place I should have went to Ramey in West Virginia thank God this truck still has a warranty from the factory

We enjoyed our experience at this dealership! David was great to work with and is an all around good guy. He made us feel comfortable and heard on any concerns we had. Even putting the car on the lift for my husband to look at underneath it. This was our son's first car so we wanted it to be a fun sporty car he would like but also a reliable and safe vehicle. They helped us work out and negotiate a cash price out the door that we were happy with. I've been to other big dealerships in the cities of North Carolina before where you feel intimidated and like you don't know what's going on... with Hidden fees and kind of pushed feeling. This is not that kind of dealership... this dealership in Pulaski Virginia sure knows how to treat their customers! We were very comfortable. They took time with us. Allowed us time to go discuss things ourselves. Test drive the car twice and like I said even put it on the lift. I felt like they were honest and up front. Definitely didn't feel pushed like the other dealerships I've dealt with. We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend them and also David... Just Good guy all around! Thanks again guys! There’s not an option to give no stars so that is the only reason there is 1 star associated with this business. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m easy going, very understanding and very rarely ever complain about anything. I understand people have bad days and I let a lot of things slide that I maybe shouldn’t… but that being said, if I’m complaining about service you know it was beyond terrible. A week ago my mother scheduled service on her vehicle for today prior to going into work. She was told with assurance when she made the appointment that someone would be able to drop her off at work when she brought her car in for servicing. So today, she drops off her vehicle and is rudely told that nobody is going to be able to take her to work so she can either walk or reschedule her service appointment. My mother is in her 60s, I’m in another state so I couldn’t come and get her to take her to work so she ended up walking 2 miles to work in Pulaski. She was told that the service cost was going to be $360 the day she made the appointment. When she went to pick up the vehicle she was told that they were going to take $50 off today, so they told her that the total was $430 (which included $50 off service). So not only did these pieces of …. make a woman in her 60s walk 2 miles in the heat they also tried to pull one over on her and rip her off with money. We’ve bought 3 vehicles from these people and have always use them for service for years but we will NEVER step foot in this excuse of an establish ever again.

Don't waste your money or time!!! I put 9k cash down on a car. Delivered it 2 day's late, with check engine codes. First rain the interior was soaked. I asked for a detail job when I made the deal before delivery, of course I was assured. As you see below how it was delivered. I even offered for them to choose a detailer in my town of there choosing, no response!!! Will not even reply to emails of my concerns of check engine codes. Poor business services. The community deserves better. Allen in mechanic shop is all they have going for them! I should have went elsewhere hope you don't make the same mistake as me! They get one star only because I had to give something so I will say gold star for Allen. Sorry #Pulaski I feel you deserve better. THUMBS DOWN!

Excellent service and fair pricing. Managers are very fair and down to Earth. Logan did an amazing job helping me get the vehicle I wanted. They gave me a great trade in values as well. I drove from western North Carolina, and it was worth the drive.

This place has given me BEYOND exceptional service from helping me pick out the vehicle of my dreams to quicking resolving any mechanical issues that have been found! They were also beyond amazing at helping me with financing options, as I have less than perfect credit. I mainly worked with David (Draper), but every single employee treated myself and my children with utmost respect and kindness! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the workers that make it run!! I have a history with not so great encounters with other salesmen and situations (at another company) and this experience was such a breathe of fresh air! I will forever be a returning customer. I truly hope the owners of Duncan Suzuki commend their Pulaski location employees to the highest extent, as I am SO very grateful for the level of customer service I have received and am beyond pleased with my purchase! We drove all the way to VA from GA to trade in a car for a truck and our experience was AWESOME! We spent 6+ hours with Logan as the process was very long for many reasons but he was super helpful throughout it all & was nice, easy to talk too & very good at his job. I've always thought that all dealerships are out to get you one way or another as it seems everywhere but you can tell that they don't just care about the money. They care about customer service (not only Logan but the Manager as well) & we appreciated that.

I was skeptical about doing business with a dealer 260 miles away from my home, However Emma and Benjamin reassured me the drive would be worthwhile and they would stay open waiting for us. My first thought was sure they will once I'm there they will raise the price and fees. WELL THEY DID NOT AND THEY GAVE ME THE DEAL AS PROMISED. WOW were my wife and I happy and impressed. I then told them I forgot GAP insurance and they still made the deal work. They were very low key and not pushy. They just wanted to know what they could do to make the deal work. I could not believe how truly concerned these people were to help us. NO I was not paid or compensated in any way to write this recommendation. Our 8 hour trip total was well worth the drive. I live east of Richmond so you can imagine our drive and the leap of faith we had in them. I would highly recommend DUNCAN just get Benjamin and Emma to help you. These people made us feel like one of their family.
