We stopped at the store to simply get a set of lug nuts for our truck. But the old man working behind the counter couldn't pull up the info on the make and model of our truck or something. So he decided he was going to walk outside and take our tag number. But in the meantime my fiancee had already told him several times inside and outside of the store that he was not writing our tag number down. This old man started to raise his voice and proceeded to tell my fiancee to calm down while he is raising his voice and getting angry because we would not allow him to write our tag number down. I would just like to know why he even felt the need to write our tag number down, so can anyone please tell me why he needed to do that? But I thought the customer was always correct! But especially when my fiancee had already told him before he even walked from behind the desk that he was not getting our tag number. It's just this simple, in the future our business will never go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts ever again.
I came into the store to buy transmission fluid and stood there 10 minutes watching some old guy trying to figure out how to use the computer. Never got acknowledged, I don’t think he knew I was there. Another customer walked out because there’s people in back messing around that could be taking care of people, but instead are ignoring them. I’ll just stick with the Dublin store where I know they actually great you and acknowledge you.
"Mac" was patient, kind, and treated me as an equal. This is important to note because, usually, women are not treated fairly in areas like a car parts store. We compared notes on what would be the best fit for windshield wipers, pre mixed coolant for topping off etc. He even price checked every item I inquired about compared to my online auto parts dealer. It was, probably, the most positive experience in an auto parts store to date! Worth the drive just to have proper customer service!
Customer service was non-existent and the exhaust repair part wasn't sold here. Went to advance auto up road and they had the part and a helpful staff!
They were great the first visit was to pick up parts and while talking the worker offered to show me some fuel lines and explained to me in detail what I would have to do if needed... I didn't need them so when I returned them with no receipt due to fuel, he scanned it saw my name and I inserted my card and bingo there it was no need to sweat the small parts.
Though i would get a 5.00 discount on their oil as advertised. However that didn't happen cause I was told the sale ended tbe day before. Then i looked on tbe web again the day after my purchase and it was still showing the sale. Plus I should have received a 10.00 discount card but alas that wasn't given either. I bought the oil anyway because it's too much trouble to go to Wal-Mart anymore. I gave them 4 stars because of the convenience and the service. Oil is oil and I'm sure Edge Castrol OIL will perform as it always has, great.
My fiancee and I purchased a starter for my mother and father n law's car and purchased the lifetime warranty to go along with it, and for some reason the first starter that went out only lasted for a little less than a month after purchasing "brand new", and we have literally had to get 2 replacement starters since then, and those 2 we actually had to get back to back because the 1st one was bad, and the second one barely lasted for 2 hours. Now that I am trying to exchange that starter for once again a new starter, not only could they not find my account, but then when they did find it it was literally placed under a Volvo account......and on top of that it shows that there was the exchange done, but they are unable to find it in their system the original purchase of the starter and asked me if it had been more than 12 months ago because that's they only way that they lose stuff like that but it was literally now about 1 month and 3 weeks since the original was purchased.
They had the parts that I needed at a reasonable price. Very clean and pleasant place to shop. Employees are professional and courteous. I recommend O'Reilly Auto parts for all your car or truck needs.
Great store and fantastic workers. I came in after a weekend training with the National guard and my vehicle was having trouble. The workers took several looks at it (the testing device couldn't tell)and have me a suggestion. I was leant tools to fix the issue there after I got the part they suggested and were very nice.
The folks who work there are always nice and treat you like a friend. They always greet you and offer to help and answer questions. Put in a new battery for us when it was super cold and snowing a little bit and if they were annoyed by having to do so in the weather, they certainly didnt show it because they were all about getting it taken care of for us before the weather got bad. Their help and friendliness is appreciated!!
It was great I'll walk to the door I was greeted with kindness ask me what they can help me with if there's anything I need to help with it was fast I knew what I was talking about in and out that fast that fast faster than Jimmy John
Unbelievable experience. Alternator went out on a Sunday, they didn't have the part but drove over for me and grabbed the right one from other shop. Supplied me with tools to change in their parking lot while they drove to get the right one. Can't say enough good about these guys.
