Bought battery year ago started having issues with it took it out realized sides were bulging took to O'Reilly's guy says they have to charge before warranty it and they would call in morning approx 130pm stopped by battery on floor and no call , bad battery no crap I showed u late night , tried to look up battery couldn't find refused to replace it had same issue last month with lifetime guaranteed on brake pads and they refused to honor the warranty with those as well even though I had the hard receipt they had the computer receipt and they could see... Go to advance and dont deal with this crap!! Honest review
Lisa is worthless. Called for a flywheel stop and got a condescending attitude while she looked in the tool rental section for a $14 piece of metal and told me I couldn't be helped and after I tried to tell her it's not going to be a rental she hung up on me.
Everyone here is AMAZING. There really isn't enough I could say about them. Lisa went out of her way when my car died to have someone come help me get back to their store so they could charge my battery for me. Ive always been taken care of at O'Reillys and even being states from home, I feel as if the family is the same. I could never truly Thank them enough
Blake was a great help with getting my battery changed! He went out of his way to help me save money on installation fees that somewhere else would charge. I had a great experience!
My first time visiting this store for a rear wiper blade. The assisant manager was very helpful and friendly, he installed the wiper blade and it works great! Thank you.
The two older gentlemen were absolutely courteous and professional. I had a Motocraft battery I bought there 2.5 years ago and it was under the 36 month warranty. They proceeded to swap it out with a new replacement before I could even get a word out. I told the old installer dude I would install, but he set me aside and did it all. I was there for 10 minutes max. Awesome! Those guys in Poquoson were the best. My new auto parts store.
This has got to be one of the Best O'Reilly's I have ever been to. They are actually knowledgeable and don't just rely on a computer for help. Great customer service!! Need auto parts...this is the place to go!!
Lure you with next day shipping, you pay for next day shipping. Magically it's two day shipping with no intent for it to have ever been next day shipping. Won't use them again, I'll use the Auto store in POQ that's more... Advanced...
Buyer beware! Just returned my faulty alternator. They said it was not theirs. When my credit card receipt showed they were lying they refused to honor their own warranty. Better off going to Advance
A pleasant change !! Its very nice to have people who work there have knowledge on vehicles and such ... Everyone is very nice and helpful ,get the right part every time the first time unlike the other guys five trips later and they still say to check blinker fluid ..
I love the O'Reilly's in Poquoson because the people that work there really know what they're doing, they're extremely nice and the store manager Lisa is just such a nice person and very knowledgeable about the Auto industry so much so that I followed her from Advance when she came to O'Reilly's and they can count me as a customer as long as they're there
Driving along and all my maintenance lights pop on, traction, check engine, etc. come on and my car is missing horribly. All the local repair shops are busy, 2-3 days to get in. The folks at O' Reilly's check the codes, suggest a coil, order it. Works like a champ. Simple repair I know but they went the extra mile to help and explain. Great customer service from all but especially the manager, John. Highly recommended.
