Called mutiple times was placed on hold hung up on after 5 minutes called back placed on hold after 10 minutes computer assistant part picked up so i called back told i had been on hold for 10 minutes so they got info i needed was placed on hold again for 10 minutes sent somebody in store they were all standing around talking to the 1 customer poor customer service it was alot better before sonny merryman purchasedand with the old help that actual knew something about parts and wanted to heko people
New store. Already looking like the old store. Charged me $8.99 for a tube of Rotella ET grease. Can get at Tactor Supply for $5.49. Probably cheaper on-line........
Apparently the battery for my SUV is an odd one. Walmart didn't have it, I suspect that's because they didn't want to bear the time consuming issues of replacing it, I'm okay with that. Local parts stores had it at a pretty high price. I comparison shop everything before I buy. Napa had my battery in stock, and at the lowest price locally. Even directed me to a local shop where they could install it. Very pleased with the service, even for the chaos of them being in the middle of a move to a bigger, better location. Great experience all around. If you need it, it's likely they'll have it. Give them a jingle, or stop in. You won't be sorry. ;)
Visiting the area, and needed something. Really friendly and helpful. I always try to buy local, and support local businesses. Will come again when in town.
Thank you for helping me out , I didn't have a lot of money and these guys were great and so freaking helpful it is so nice to be able to talk to the owner and talk to anyone there and be treated like u r that one special customer, which they treat all their customers that way
