Scammers.... Tried to buy a 15 year old car that had a broken taillight, rust holes, dents and missing paint everywhere and she wanted to argue that it was worth $4,000 when the bluebook value is $3,000 in great condition and this was not even close to great condition. Got mad at me when I tried to offer what the car was actually worth so left after she was extremely rude.
this place was so good. It took about 3 to 4 hours but they had really good service and my daughter had some stuff to do. They receive snacks and stuff. Great job come here.
My car broke down on my way home Sunday morning on my way back from OBX and I called TNT Towing. They were there quickly, very courteous and helpful. The gentleman got my car loaded and took to my repair shop. It is truely upsetting when these things happen but TNT made the whole situation stressless and I am truely happy with the great service they provided. And they were reasonable. If you need a tow please give them a call, you won't regret it. Thanks so much for their customer service...
Belt went on truck and left me stranded on Saturday and Tom with TNT was quick to get us- extra friendly and a fair price- will be our go to if we ever need a tow again
Absolutely a 5 star service…I was traveling through from out of town and my car completely shut down (serpentine belt broke).
I called TNT and they had someone there within 10 min to tow me to their shop where they promptly fixed my car…From my call until I was back on the road was less than an hour and a half…amazing service, friendly, great price, literally a God send…

They quoted me one price and then after the job came back and said we can’t give it to you for our quoted price it’s gonna be $150 more. But had already done the work and had not said that it was going to be more. Would have been nice to of had a phone call. Then charged me $80 for antifreeze. Like I know you got a mark up some things but $60 over markup. Come on I would’ve brought my own. The online part cost was 105; but they charged me $313 and didn’t even replace my cracked fan.
I was visiting from out of town when my car battery died in a parking lot. It was late in the afternoon, around 4:30. I called 2 other shops that wouldn't help me due to distance and that it was close to "closing time". One of the shops suggested I call TNT for help. They came and picked me and my car up, replaced my dead battery and got me back on the road in no time. Even though it was closing time. They were genuinely helpful and cared about taking care of the customer.
This place was great. My wife got into an accident and instead of getting our insurance to look it over we just signed the old vehicle over to TNT and got another vehicle. Will go back tomorrow after they open to get all of our stuff out of the vehicle.
Was on vacation at a nearby resort and had a small hole pop in my coolant reservoir tank. It was a holiday and my part wasn’t available so they quickly & professionally sealed my tank good enough to get me back home and it went wonderfully

Great place they really care about you and your car. Throwing service is Wonderful. Lots of used parts as well as used cars available. Easy to find just give them a call.
Said they could tow us but then did not call back. Called to check and someone answered yet someone in background yelled to hang up the phone. Called back and no answer. No call back. Very unprofessional to leave someone hanging.

This company sold me a car with a ton of problems knowing that it was my last few dollars to buy a car for work. Gas tank was leaking, motor has over 22 codes thrown, and a few other problems. When the car was purchased, it seemed fine, then slowly it started to fall apart. I know they aren't technically liable, but they know what they did. Highly recommend you avoid these scam artists.
This is a place where you get excellent service and excellent time. I took my car here and it was ready in 45 minutes after being at university tire for three days with no service done .
This place is a joke. They claim on here they’re open until 6pm on Friday’s, but I called their “special” number on their answering machine and the lady said that it’s not true, they close at 5 on fridays then told me to call back on Saturday. I called on Saturday morning only for them to inform me that their shop isn’t open until Monday. They won’t be getting my business ever again.
Wow! I didn't know places like this still exist. Our day was not going well. Three different roads were flooded out preventing us from getting to Louisa. Then, a flat! Called TNT and she could not have been nicer. We arrived with our flat in the back of the car. They fixed it, mounted it and charged us a reasonably low price. We were on our way in less than ten minutes. We were treated like we were important...

DO NOT CALL if you were in an accident. For some reason the police want to use them (maybe cause they get there fast with rollbacks) but they "unintentionally" take the car to their lot to charge for storage then charge extra towing to your desired location. If you call to fix the "mistake" they play dumb. If you don't have towing coverage a frustrating day will become bad to worse. Expect 100% stress.
I didn't know they sell cars but there is no way I would buy a car from there.
Our van & camper burned on 8/3/17 & police called TNT to pick them up. I told the office I would come Fri to get things out of camper, but couldn't get everything so I told them I would come back onTues & she said no problem camper would still be there & they needed our titles anyway. When I got there no camper to be found & she said they moved it to have more space on lot. I followed the owners son to his house and he had already started tearing the camper apart over the weekend cause they wanted it & I still had the titles. They had thrown some things away I still wanted & I was very upset . When I talked to the office she said she had told them I was comming back to re -check everything . She was upset too. She was very nice and apologized cause she had no idea what they had done. I will never use them again!!!
Poor customer service charged me 90$ for used parts when they could have gotten new parts for half of what they charged for the part they got off one of there junk cars. Then cussed me and told me if I didn't like the way they did things to leave and take my car elsewhere
TNT towing was amazing!! Love the fact that TNT only has flatbed trucks, or rollbacks, proper term. :) Nancy and Omgsh I forgot his name. But anyways. I bugged them ALL weekend before they towed my car.
Now a QUICK rundown of my car. It's in pieces. Not only did TNT pick my car up, but they brought EVERY piece with them!!! Including motor and trans, hoods, and bumpers. They also even went and picked it up with no one home. When they arrived with everything, I was HIGHLY impressed!! From Louisa to Charlottesville 100% reasonable price.
I NEVER received any attitude, even AFTER calling AALLL weekend.

This place is a dump. I bought a trailer from a repo company on Ebay. The trailer was repoed by TNT and sitting at their yard. I asked them if the trailer was in good condition and ready to be towed across the country and they assured me that it was. Just got a call from the transport company stating that several of the tires are completely ruined and will need to be replaced before it can be towed. TNT outright lied to me. Doesn't surprise me based on the rest of the reviews here on google.
Had a newborn on the way, sold me a truck that turned out to have two blown head gaskets. Got royally screwed. 3800 dollar paperweight. Dont buy vehicles here.
