I have had a great experience each time I have gone to this store. Every employee I have dealt with has been very helpful. But, today I just want to express my appreciation for Xavier. My fender/bumper was coming apart and he just went right to work finding the right part and fixed it for me in like 15 or 20 minutes. I was not expecting that. They do a great job at this store! O'Reilly's Auto Parts was great they was very friendly very helpful made sure that we had everything that we need to fix the car ordered all items and the next day we came and picked everything up and they were cheaper than anybody else that we called I would recommend them to anyone
First their computer's dont work, then when they finally do they don5 have a lick of experience of vehicles. Both (BOYS) were unprofessional and goofing off while I was in the store and told me the wrong oil type for my truck at that point I took matters into my own hands and looked up my own oil and oil filter which then they didn't have anything I needed in stock. Avoid if your unknowledgable about vehicles, it could cost you your car.
These guys are great, the give me my options and their recommendations, get or order what I need, and get me out the door before I start getting crazy ideas of running neon lights all inside and under my Subaru lol.

Went over there last Friday. I need to get shocks struts and rear springs but I couldn’t even get them to look them up. There was one guy at the counter and at least one guy in the back room. I have my car information, the exact parts that I needed, So I could go down to my mechanic and have them installed. My mechanic had to order parts from another supplier. Guess I have to go to into Louisa to get my parts next time.
