This company was beyond helpful. He arrived to me no more than 10 minutes after calling, had numerous pay options, on the much cheaper side compared to other tow companies in the area. The help was greatly appreciated!

Very caring and dependable. They kept me updated during the entire process including the prices and estimated ETA. They were patient and listened to my request and concerns not rude like other companies I called. Not to mention they came out with an anticipated snow storm warning ahead when everyone else said “No”!

Gotcha Hooked Towing came out same day, and towed my husband’s inoperable truck back to our house. They are very reasonably priced and friendly drivers! If I needed another tow I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called 4 different towing companies at night and Gotcha got the job because they were so quick with a flatbed truck to haul off my injured car. Bailey the truck driver was super nice and kind.

Quick amd courteous. Was able to tow my car faster and cheaper than 3 other companies. Hopefully won't ever need them again but if I need a tow, they'll be the first call.

Waited around for 3 hours with Onstar and my insurance and in the end they couldn't find me a tow truck that could have went to pick up the truck. Hit up Gotcha Hooked Towing and Phill hit me back up, gave me price and within 25 mins had my truck loaded and ready to go. He dropped it off at the dealership, sent me pics for proof, and even went above and beyond to fill out a drop off form at the drop off service for me.

Lifted truck friendly!!! Super helpful when I was stuck on the side of the road. Owner was super helpful on the phone and kept in contact with me when it came to the ETA of the tow truck driver. Most company’s have a hard time towing lifted or wide trucks. Gotcha Hooked was amazing and was able to safely tow my truck.
Tow truck driver was quick and efficient. Awesome job at picking up and dropping off my truck.

The 2 towers worked swiftly and was very nice. The company had a wide range of payment options so that definitely helped me out with reasonable prices. Great service! I unexpectedly got a flat tire on the highway and Phil was the first person out of 10 places I called that was available and affordable. It was quick and reliable service and he made the experience bearable lol! I would 10/10 recommend and use this company again!

I needed my vehicle towed last night. Two other tow companies went out to retrieve my vehicle, but did not have the proper equipment requested that was necessary for my tow. “Gotcha Hooked Towing” was called through my insurance company today. FINALLY, 24 hours later, my vehicle was being towed to the dealership. They were very professional when I called to check the ETA and they offered to send pictures from the pick-up location and the drop-off location. I would definitely use them again, should I need to, as well as recommend to family and friends. Thank you again for your the excellent service we received from your company!
I highly recommend using this towing company, if you are ever stuck anywhere and need a guaranteed towing company that is professional communicative, and will keep you up-to-date and make sure you arrive safely where you need to. This is the company to contact. Phil was very helpful and communicated the whole time and went above me on to make sure my family’s vehicle was returned back safely.
I am thoroughly impressed by the quick response and efficiency of gotcha hooked towing! I needed a boat removed from my yard and I kept running into dead ends in my attempts to remove it. After 3 years of trying to figure it out gotcha hooked got it done. I recommend them and will be using them anytime I have a need for towing.
