These guys are quick an efficient, they had the parts like they said, confirmed with me multiple times to make sure they had it right, and they had the cutest dogs! Will definitely be back. These guys are the best.
Just bought an older used car and needed a latch for the passenger side door. I don't usually have passengers so could have not bothered. Considering a new replacement part was going to be $200. I was happy to find Pete's not only did they have the part and at a 1/3 the price. I got to go with the yard worker to retrieve it. And saw they have 8 other of my make/ model car so I know if I need other parts they're likely to have them. And again save me $$.
I don’t even do bad reviews but this is the worst experience customer service I have ever had in my life called cops on me sitting in my car waiting I went to get a upper and lower dash which I payed $100 over priced mind you I came Wednesday to see the car and if the parts was worth to buy told the I’ll buy Friday. Now it’s Friday its payed for and waited for 3 hrs while new people came in and got in the car with the picker and got there parts fresh off the cars. lied about the people working then called the police when I asked to see the owner. Please don’t go here it’s a waste of time mind you I stay out of state at that.
Please please beware don’t come here for any of your parts they change parts price when you get there and over charge. Also have you sitting waiting for parts while they sit and watch tv and talk to there friends. If I was you guys go to hoss or pick and pull these guys are a waste of time
Cadillac going to pick a part except you got somebody that goes with you when you get your part out by yourself and carry it by yourself and put it in the car by yourself it feels a lot like you did all the work and then they want to charge you more money very disappointing. It is a junkyard you know they do have parts for vehicles that are older. And you know they they don't have to keep them anyway they don't want to you're not even supposed to be back there pulling your own parts! That's why after I did all that I was disappointed that I pulled my part and had to pay the same price for them I think this place ought to take a good look at their policies and see if they got a way of making it so that you're not doing all the work for them and all they're doing is taking your money
Spoke to guy on the phone and this is how the conversation whent hi im looking for a turn signal switch for 2011 chevy malibu. Guy says we have it but someones going to have to take it off the car. He said itll be 48$ I said thats rediculous cause pick and pull got them for 18$. He said then get one of those then.. hung up phone. That was rude. I didnt care about having to remove it myself but 48$ i could get a brand new one for. Can someone agree that was pricey and that this guy was trying to get over on me. Zero star but review wont let me.
Pretty good people they know exactly what I needed it retrieved it and got me out there as soon as they could I would recommend them to all the locals and need of things for the car.
I called an hour before hand to let them know that I needed a wheel bearing for my car . When I came to the shop they proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the piece and it’ll only be an hour , I had to wait 2 hours due to the fact they told one of the workers at the last minute to get our piece . Very unsatisfied with the customer service
The person who just answered urdamn phone hung up on me whilei was asking a damn question bad costumer service on yalls in...and im not so sure i like that if i didnt need these parts bad id go somewhere else
Does not verify that the property owner is the one calling them. Complete disregard for the care of cars they are called to tow. Found damage to my car when I went to pick up.
Entering and parking was a little confusing. I've not been to a junkyard before, maybe that's why. There's the office, behind the chain link fence on the left, and you park wherever you can outside the office door. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Top notch customer service. Prices are reasonable. They will help you find what you need, even if they don't have the part.
Unprofessional and classless. Attempted to contact petes a whole week before my car was towed, and apparently the home owners association they do business with, they aren't able to find the phone number to them so that I could've prevented my car from being towed. Due to almost 800 dollars in fees, I was unable to immediately clear a registration renewal which is most definitely my personal problem. I call to get at least until my next payday to clear up the matter and you tell me "well it's not us that are trying to get your vehicle" well who the heck is it then. They had no info until after my car was taken lol. The whole reason behind contacting them early to get more time was because I haven't been able to give my daughter a birthday party for 3 straight years due to losing jobs and hardships so this year was very important, but thanks to dear Ole pete here goes another year wasted. You never know what someone's situation is and they for one could care less. I never once raise my voice or presented myself as a problem until my car was taken but they bought the police while towing my car..... that's how you know they knew they were being very shady. Stay away from this company
