The team at Bay Custom Collision Center was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They held my vehicle while assessing whether it could be repaired after my accident and kept me informed every step of the way. Even though my insurance company ultimately deemed the vehicle a total loss, the collision center handled everything with care and professionalism. I appreciate their patience and customer service and would recommend them without hesitation.
Picked this place to get my car body repaired at after my first accident and the staff were super supportive and assuring towards me and my car came out beautifully. I understand I have the most basic white colored car but I still appreciate the work they did. Even cleaned the inside of my car for me.
Edit: Had to come back to mention that my trunk wiring was disconnected causing the button in my car to not open my trunk. They forgot to plug it back in and I ended up having to go to a mechanic just to be told it was a wire "tucked away".
More frequently in recent years, I tend to be disappointed with consumer experiences, whether it be customer service, the product, or both. Bay Custom was fantastic. Great communication and work.

I must say, Bay Customs did an amazing job On my 2025 Lexus RX 350 hybrid. 22 hours after I purchased it, someone struck me on the interstate going 60 miles an hour. Luckily, for me, they weren’t short and Bay Customs was the company that Lexus recommended (Certified) . Day before, and after is undeniable, the truck looks the same as it did the first day I purchased it, clean and glistening just perfect. I be recommending them to anyone who needs repairs. I’m considering them for my tent I need added.

Bay Custom on Denbigh were awesome. From my first contact from the website late at night (around 10 pm) to the final inspection, they were courteous and very helpful. They made the whole process simple. They assisted with where to rent the loaner car from to contacting the car rental company when I arrived in the shop. They repaired my vehicle after an accident in a parking lot and did a great job. The work looks amazing and they worked directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. These guys are great - can’t recommend high enough.

I was involved in an unexpected accident where my car was hit while parked. The person who took ownership their insurance recommended Bay Custom and said they work directly with them. I saw how great their reviews were and was happy with how close they were.
I worked with Taylor who was quick and efficient. The lobby was clean and the receptionist were friendly. I was originally quoted 5 days of work. The expected pickup was delayed due to the snow. Prompt communication could have been better as I was paying for a rental out of pocket. So communicating each day versus me having to take the initiative to call.
Overall, the work looks great. It was easy to work with Bay Customs and they work directly with Enterprise which is a plus. I would bring my car back or recommend this company to others.
Taylor gave me an accurate estimate and explained everything completely. When there was a needed part she called and requested approval. The car was repaired early and saved me a weekend worth of rental expenses! I am very happy with the result.
I took my truck to them a month ago to be repaired, all I can say is they have great customer service and the work is great. We had a few issues doing the repair (I truly do not blame them as in mistakes can happen). They were very professional and patient with me. What an amazing job! They took care of the roof where acid rain had taken a toll. I was a little worried about color matching since fact my 4Runner was a 2012. But it was perfect. The quote was exactly right as was the estimated time. I would highly recommend them!

I was having problems finding someone that would repair the clearcoat on my M6 carbon fiber roof. Bay Auto took on the job and did a good job bringing it back. The communication was great and they cleaned it up before I picked it up. I'll definitely come back for future repairs.
Honestly one of the best shops you can take your car to get fixed. I got hit head on by a drunk driver and had taken it to a shop prior to this one and they had honestly returned the vehicle to me in worse condition they i dropped it off. but bay customs did an amazing job. They keep in contact with you every stop of the way. I didn’t have to reach out or anything they kept me very updated and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. And Taylor in specific was very pleasant to work with.
Absolutely amazing work. Estimate came out to be higher than I had expected, but in the end it was worth every penny. I didn't know a car could look... happy. I dropped my car off for some paint work done on the hood. It had been pealing for a couple years and had really gotten out of hand. Here it is, only a couple days later and not only do I have my car back, but it looks almost like it did the day I bought it 6 years ago. As a plus, they send you regular texts to keep you informed on the progress.

I had been a bit dumb while driving, slapped a light pole, and did some damage to the hood and bumper of my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. The representative that assisted me, Taylor, was attentive, responsive, and really cared about my situation. They were even kind enough to help with an insurance flub, on my end. They had arranged for a rental car for me from Enterprise without me having to pay anything extra. Can you believe that??!
They scheduled me for Monday, May 20th. They gave me an ETA on the repair of the vehicle, would keep me informed on progress via text, and assuming there was no additional damages, they'd have my car ready by Thursday. Well, they found a bit more damage under the bumper, sadly, so it was gonna be an extra day wait. Which was fine because I didn't have to work til early evening, the following day. Anyway, long story short, they had my vehicle ready by early Friday afternoon. I came into work that evening and the individual that witnessed my goof, said "Looks like it never happened."
Truly the best compliment I could ever think to give to a company. You can't go wrong with Bay Auto in Newport News. They really know their stuff.
