  I want to say thank you to Margie!!!! My car needed a new battery & she made me feel like I could trust her, and that she knew what she was talking about. As a woman this made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that she was going to take perfectly good care of my car. I am extremely grateful that she was the one to service me. She was also prepared to help me take care of my alternator if it were to have an issue as well, but thankfully, the battery was the only issue. Thank you, Margie!

  Had to go to OReilly’s today needed a battery- Mrs Margie- she is the BEST . She knew what she was doing with the car issue( alternated, starter, and battery) than she fixed the problem.   Went to Advance to pick up an ordered part that was ready for pickup. Turns out it wasn't in stock. O'Reilly had exactly what I needed and took care of me after my experience at Advance. Counter woman was very nice and courteous and helped me find what I needed, I won't hesitate to visit this store from now on.

  I just want to give a special thanks to Margie. When my hood latch broke and flew into my windshield, I needed a hood latch immediately. I called Oreilly's and Margie hastily got the latch ordered and got it to me in a timely fashion. Thank you Margie, that day would of been way worse without your swift efforts!!

  Alex does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to make sure he sources the right product for you. He hast extensive knowledge about automotive parts and is definitely the ideal guy you want helping you. Other than that any of the guys I’ve dealt with don’t give that vibe at all. I come here to get the treatment Alex gives. Alex should be an official Oreilly trainer. I do not know Alex outside of Oreillys.

  Needed a head light an it was raining. Found O'REILLY 's to be very helpful. I was shown several options,the young man was extremely helpful an very courteous. I offered to hold a light or umbrella, his answer was ..... "No ma'am. I want you to have a seat in your vehicle an be comfortable out of the rain." How refreshing an thoughtful. The parking lot was well lit ,an clean‼ I'm bad with names. But My receipt says Danny. So "Danny" it was a pleasure. I'll Be Back Again‼

  I dont typically offer 5 stars, but this place hands down deserves it. A girl friend calls me up on sunday near noon and tells me she is at oreillys and her starter is bad. We found the part and a guy off the clock was willing to come and put it on for a modest fee. Bottom line is, this pushes customer service over the top. The installation went flawless and she is happy and on the road again. All together, i spent less than we 200 for it all, on a sunday just after noon. Thanks for going that extra mile.

  Called with a unusual part gave the number on it and with in seconds told me he had two of them and it was closing time on a Sunday becouse of great customer service and that down home courtesy I was able to get my truck back up I keep my business going thank you O'Reilly's your number one in my book

  Wonderful! The first person I spoke with when I walked into the place knew exactly what I was talking about. On top of that, they actually had the parts that I hadn't been able to find at 4 other auto parts places. And as good a prices as I can find online. I have been in the store 6 times since, and all the same good experience. Each has been with a different employee, and all have been great to work with. My parts place of choice.
