I called about a Volkswagen Jetta 2012 window motor spoke to a person named “mark “that was completely rude and wasn’t helpfulI at all ..I asked him could I speak to someone else and he hung up on me ,,, I then called their other location in Norfolk and spoke to Ryan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable helped me with everything I needed and gave me the price with taxes,, if anyone ever needs to get parts I’d advise you to call the Norfolk branch.. stay away from the Newport News branch…

  Horrible service , called me in the morning to say my part was delivered. So my elderly dad drove 40 mins from Suffolk for a part that wasn't there because the associate attached the wrong invoice to the paper. They store said they wouldn't compensate us in anyways, other than driving the part to the dealership. The dealership isn't installing that part so there is no other way to compensate me and my father for wasting his gas and time brocade of the employees false information and lack of efficiency.

  Great customer service and fast delivery on parts not in stock. When you don't want to wait on eBay bap geon probably has it in stock already. Had to get a water pump for my Mercedes and they already had it. Mercedes said I had to wait

  ZERO STARS. EMPLOYEE LITERALLY CHASED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND THREATENED MY LIFE BECAUSE I SAID THEY WERE ROBBING PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY "CAN'T" RETURN SHIPPING ON A BAD PART THEY ORDERED AND ALSO FAILED TO TELL ME THERE WERE 3 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE PART THEY ORDERED.   Best place I found to get BMW and Audi parts. Especially all the emission hoses and plastic connectors. 90% of the parts have been available in store and 5% was next day pick up and the other 5 was same day pick up if ordered before 1200. Will definitely continue to shop there.

  If they have it on the shelf, you are lucky. Otherwise, they never really provide an answer to your car questions, and the prices are more than other places, and you must wait for the part. I do not recommend them at all.
