The staff at Virginia Car Parts was super helpful in helping me find a new door for my car. They post pictures of all their vehicles online so you can see it before you come out to the shop. They also could look up its exactly location in the lot so you don’t have to go looking for it. They then sent an Employee out with us to find it, take it off, and put it on my vehicle. Highly recommend looking here for used cars and parts.
So far so good I have a 2000 Nissan Xterra and they have yet to fail me with getting parts for my car so if they have it for mines they have it for yours I seen some Lexus stuff sitting up there on the front shelf just come in or call Virginia car parts right there on Jefferson between 47th and 46th
This place is very awesome! It has a variety of all types of car parts for almost all makes and all you do is ask them and they take it off for you and they can even put it on for you by professionals at the cost of labor. I definitely recommend this place to everybody
This is my second time coming here. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Everyone there is very respectful and helpful. They have close to any part you can think of. The owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help anyone out best he can.
I have a 17 dodge caravan. My entire front end was damaged. These guys did an excellent job repairing with all original parts. The timing on the repair was excellent as well as the cost was almost half of what the dealer charges. I am very satisfied with their work. I am definitely a customer for life. I recommend all my people here forever. 10/10 all across the board. I am so please with their work.
Best customer service in the Newport News Area, very helpful and friendly. I was able to get my price for the parts before arriving. Once I arrived they showed me the parts I requested online and made me aware of any visible issues before I purchased. Very simple nice and easy process. Would highly recommended, due to their positive friendly attitude and easy process to getting cheap parts needed for your vehicle.
