Wonderful experience. The tow driver even though he was so busy he was so kind and patient with a professional touch. GPS was not so accurate but he never gave up. He messaged me through out the day. The company also texted multiple times to check on progress as well. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Everyone that I talked to on the phone was very friendly, patient and professional. I was on the phone for a short half hour and pretty much everything was set to sell my car. The day of pick up, everything was communicated to me. Joey, the man who helped me on the phone, touched base with me before and after my car was picked up. The driver who picked up my car was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience for something that is usually a huge PITA. Would definitely recommend their service if you’re looking to get rid of a junk car fast!

I honestly thought it was gonna be a stressful process to salvage my car, but it was super easy. Specifically, Candice was really nice and helpful and simply texted me/called me with great offers (way more than I thought id get for my car) and I scheduled a pick up. The guy that towed my car was really nice and thoughtful. It was just such a smooth process from start to finish. Everyone involved was helpful and understanding. Had a great experience with Alec. He was the only person I had to talk with. Got me a decent offer on a vehicle he did not see. Had a small issue with the tow guy not showing. I texted Alec and he was right on it. First tow guy had truck issues and was not able to make it. Another tow guy showed up within an hour of me texting Alec. Second tow guy was very professional. Handed me a check and was gone in 5 mins. I don't like to just call a company off the web...but I took a chance. I will call them again if I ever need to sell another vehicle. Very happy customer.

This has been the easiest and best experience ever. They were quick to get me a quote and were able to beat the highest quote I got with others. Andrew, the rep I spoke with, was incredibly patient with me while I was locating my vin information and even set up for it to be picked up the same day. Great experience selling my car to this company. Professional customer service. Called and got a quote (during the same phone call) after providing some information about the car. We scheduled a pick-up for the next day with free towing. I was given a Bank of America check from "Copart" in the amount I was quoted with no hassle.
Provided me with good service. The company needs to inform the pick driver with better details for the pick up. My pick up driver did not know the car did not have keys. He made due and still towed it.
The customer experience was awesome! I called, they setup pickup appt for same day and the tow truck driver was nice with my wife, helped her get the license plates off and so forth. For ease, I couldn’t have asked for more. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of (but was happy with) was the haggling of giving me an extra $50 on the price of the car. He asked why I wouldn’t make the decision on the spot and I told him I had a higher offer somewhere else. He came back, matched the price and we closed the deal. If you could give me the higher price, then offer it up front. But I would go to lthem again just for the customer experience!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!! I was very pleased with the service I received recently. The process was quick and easy!! I did a Google search, made a phone call & left a message (Sunday evening), got a response from Matt (very professional) within 24 hours (Monday) an appointment was made to pick up my vehicle (Tuesday). The gentlemen who picked up my vehicle were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to sell a vehicle. I received my quote and scheduled a pick up time within 15 minutes. The price was was a few dollars more than other companies I looked at. I received a check from the tow truck driver who was very nice. I absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
