  Very unprofessional. They scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Saturday and said they would be at my home between 12:00 and 1:00 didn't let me know until 1:30 p.m. that they couldn't make. Rescheduled me between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for Monday. I told her well I will let you know if someone else is able to purchase my vehicle before then. Because I made that statement she decided to take me off the schedule completely and not let me know. And then when I try to verify Monday morning that they were still coming between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m. they would not communicate with me at all I had to find a different number to even be able to reach them to finally verify that she took me off the schedule because she was unprofessional to begin with. I would not recommend dealing with this couple very unprofessional and will not communicate when they run late and will take you off the schedule if you get upset that they run late. It's not like I have a schedule to keep or anything I'm just waiting around for someone that's not going to show up and not communicate with me.
