Don't waste your time going here. I was on Vacation at Lake Kerr when my check engine light came on. So I just wanted an ODB scan to make sure it wasn't anything serious. Went up to Napa, and the 4 guys standing around at the counter said "we don't do ODB scans for customers." I was taken aback, but I asked why not? "Well, just because the scanner says a sensor is bad, doesn't mean that it is actually bad." I'm thinking, no doubt Captain Obvious. It's just a tool to help locate an issue. A tool that NAPA Auto Parts will not use for you the customer. It looked like one of the guys working there was just as irritated as I was that they can't simply run a scan for their customers, so he said, "O'Reilly Auto Parts right up the street will do it for you." So, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts up the street, and the nice lady there came right out and hooked up her ODB Scanner to my truck and it reported the Oxygen Sensor 1 at Bank 1 was the possible suspect. I bought the part right there and when we got back to our campsite I removed and replaced the sensor, and while driving back home after our vacation, the check engine light cleared. Either way, all I wanted from NAPA was a scan to make sure it wasn't anything major and that I could finish my vacation not worrying about it. NAPA is a total failure for the average customer. I'm guessing they have corporate accounts, and don't really care about anything else, that or whoever runs the place is stuck in the last century. Hopefully this review will reach my thousands of Virginia Reviers and you guys and gals can head to O'Reilly Auto Parts - Clarksville Store #6358, and someone there will take better care of you and your #Family.

We bought a napa battery for our hummer h3 last year. When the car would not crank a couple of weeks ago my husband jumped it off and it cranked right up. We went to NAPA and they said battery was good. The next day hummer would not cranked. Jumped it off and took to Chevy dealer in Henderson NC. $1000.00 later hummer runs great. The napa battery was leaking and we had to replace battery cables and got a new battery. Never again will I purchase a battery from Napa.
