I was greeted immediately when I came into the store. All the questions I had was met. The man even helped me put my antifreeze in the car.

Lack of Management is obvious

The store manager and oreillys management took care of the mishap I experienced in a timely manner thanks to everyone involved.

Several days ago, I went to purchase several car care products for my vehicle which included 134A refrigerant. I was assisted by an associate named Dylan who was very friendly and informative regarding the application of my vehicle refrigerant. I came in 5 minutes before closing and got a car battery. The guys working lasting night stayed over and help me put the battery in my car. So grateful for them. I wouldn't have been able to go to work today if they didn't.

I am so thankful that Gene was able and willing to help change my battery in this heat. He went out of his way to help me and I’m so grateful! What great customer service! Can’t beat it!
