I am writing this to show how much I appreciated this company’s services. I was helped by a man named Mike. He was so kind and had good conversation while helping me get my car to the shop. He really did go over above and beyond and showed great care for my situation as well. Definitely would trust him to tow my car if the situation arises
I had my car towed two weekends ago, Unfamiliar with the area I called the first tow company that Google pulled up to my relief the first number I called, a young lady by the name of Julia answered the phone and assisted me with arranging a tow of my vehicle to a body shop for repairs. She assured me of a ETA and that the driver would be in contact with me as before arrival.
Once the driver Mike arrived on scene He assured me that this would not take him very long. Within 15-20 minutes, he had my car loaded and ready to tow to body shop.
This was my very first experience with it so company and they took care of me very nicely. The young lady was very professional and understand understanding as I was very new to the northern Virginia area and the driver did an excellent job.

Not only did they tow my vehicle before the rental office could send out proper information of the new tow contract and rules, They also made me send my license and pay for the car before they would even give me the address to where it was located. No tow truck company has ever done that before. Fraudulent and scammers for money. My car is registered on my lease and it was parked in an unassigned parking spot, which is on my lease and OK to do. They towed me anyway (just had the car 3 weeks and the office is never open for a sticker so I put it on the resident portal and had it in an unassigned visitor spot and still wouldn’t give me the information before I paid for it. I had to find the address out from a friend of mine who works for a tow company next to them and he even said he’s never heard of that in his life and he has worked for tow truck companies for over 15 years.

After a frustrating eight-hour ordeal with other tow providers who were unable to assist with my Chevy Tahoe, I requested a professional who could meet specific requirements. Big Mike arrived with a well-equipped flatbed and immediately demonstrated his expertise. He assessed the situation, handled the tow with ease, and had my truck loaded and ready to go within 20 minutes.

Overpriced & Dishonest Service 🚫
All Out Fleet Service charged me over $3,300 for a repair that should have cost a quarter of that or less. They billed $900 just to chain an axle, $1,400 for hub replacement and “cleaning the spindle” — claiming it took 8 hours to clean a spindle, which wouldn’t take that long even with a toothbrush. On top of that, they charged $208 for a single reman brake shoe that normally costs under $70.
This company pads labor hours and inflates prices. ⚠️ Avoid them — they take advantage of drivers stuck on the road.
The necessary repairs to our rented truck were completed quickly and enabled us to continue our house move. The responding technician was very knowledgeable, his truck was well equipped with tools, he worked quickly and he was quite personable too. Other than the moving truck needing those emergency repairs - it was a very good experience!

Jason was amazing. We were traveling from Connecticut to North Carolina and our RV brakes and calipers went bad and we called him right off of Google and he showed up within an hour. He fixed our RV part on site at the gas station within 30 minutes, we had a new caliper he brought, Fixed it and sent us on our way. He invoiced us digitally so payment was easy. I was so lucky because this was the weekend and no other shops were open. Highly recommended Thank you Jayson you are a blessing.

Jason was awesome! He showed up quickly, spotted the hole in my tire right away, and had it fixed in no time. I was back on the road before I knew it. His service was fast, efficient, and he was super polite throughout. Will definitely keep them in mind again if I ever run into car trouble.
Although our “problem” wasn’t discovered Jason was polite and thorough. He drove and inspected under our RV on I 95. He reached back to us after we parted to make sure all was ok. Made us feel better about heading forward with our trip
