Hands down one of the BEST tow truck companies I’ve ever used! The customer service was amazing, and they arrived unbelievably fast, making a stressful situation completely hassle-free. My car was stuck in the snow in a parking lot, and within five minutes they had it out and back on the road. I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!

This company is fantastic! 5 stars!! Barry walked up my 250-300 foot driveway to take a look at my stuck AWD SUV in the snow and ice but said that he couldn't tow it out because the front tires were dug in so deeply. He said I needed a winch. It was my husband who said the night before that it didn't need a winch, just a standard tow like a repo man does. All places I called said I needed a winch. My husband was wrong. Barry went so far as to see if he could get it out by turning on the traction, something I hadn't tried. My AWD SUV did move back some but it wouldn't go back any further. So, he called a driver with a winch. Jose showed up an hour later. He successfully got my AWD SUV out and down to the street where I wanted it parked (I didn't want to chance getting stuck again). But Jose saw something. Lo and behold, he drove up with several packages that were left on the ground at my mailbox! Not only that, he asked if I had a shovel. I said yes but why? He was volunteering to shovel at the end of my driveway where a big mound of snow had accumulated from the snow plows. I told him not to worry about it, my AWD SUV can get through it. Now Jose went far above and beyond his duties. What a great guy. What a great company and two great drivers. Kudos to Manassas Towing.

My car had broken down about 35 miles from home. I had called a few different towing companies and Manassas towing beat all of their prices. They told me 30 minutes, and driver got there on time, hooked up my vehicle and we got going. He got me and my car home in a timely manner despite traffic, and was very friendly. Recently I recommended their services to my friend and he also had a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help.

Mr. Barry was the only tow truck driver who came through for me after a long night of bail outs and excuses from the other companies. He rescued my car from the horrendous snow and I'm forever grateful for his skills and wholesomeness. Thank you Mr. Barry

I had to have my car towed right before Christmas because the starter died. I was planning to have it towed to my mechanic because he had given me a great price, but luck was not on my side as the road to the shop was closed. The driver sent me pictures there was no way for him to leave it there and the shop was already closed so they offered to match my shops price and they had me up and running the next day!

Super great service they did even after hours,I think from my previous experiences with car problems,this is the only company that went their way out in helping with my problem.Blew my connecting hose assembly to my radiator,called them almost after hours in the middle of a very very cold evening,Sent the tow and brought the car to their shop after hours already,mechanic was there waiting,the mechanic went to pick up the parts himself after assessing the problem came back installed,fixed the problem.I don’t have to wait for the next day.This was a priceless top service.

From the get-go, Mr. Singh & Mr. Carlos were both quick to assist Me. My Car Battery had died, thus I needed towing services so that My Car could get hauled on over to My Mechanic. I called several different places, however Mr. Singh was the only Person who listened to My concerns and quickly got Me a quote - 24 hours later, Mr. Carlos came and picked Me up along with My Car. Mr. Carlos was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had - I immediately could tell that one - He truly was and is a God-Sent Angel, but also a cool well respected Gentlemen with awesome advice, feedback and diligence! I could tell He really loves His Job! Mr. Carlos deserves a raise and I will also use and work with Manassas Towing again in the future, if I need to! Brava!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Manassas Towing today. My driver, Carlos, was not just professional—he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. Here’s what stood out: It was rainy, cold, and I’m currently recovering from an injury with my leg in a boot, so the whole situation was already stressful. Carlos spotted that, invited me into his warm tow truck to sit comfortably while he handled everything. My vehicle is a heavy-duty 1985 Land Rover Defender 110—the kind of beast that isn’t easy to maneuver in a narrow townhouse road with tight driveways. Carlos was on it. He took his time, used skill and patience, and literally pushed the Defender into the driveway by hand to make sure it was parked safely. From my call to their arrival: within 30 minutes, the truck was on site. The care and attention he showed while loading and positioning my vehicle made all the difference. Throughout the process, I felt heard, respected, and safe. Not all towing companies deliver that kind of human-level service. Needed a fast towing service and these guys were great! Very professional and helpful. I can recommend with confidence. A bit pricey but worth it.

Apparently you can get towed in Prince Williams County if you are parked in a visitors spot with expired tags. Within a 10 hour window, my vehicle was towed for tags that expired 5 days ago, which seems very predatorial. They couldn't even bother to give me a warning.The representative I spoke with at 5AM, who informed me why my vehicle was towed, said it couldn't be picked up until their office hours of 9AM-5PM at Manassas Towing. It appears they can tow as they please, but they are only limited to certain hours to help you. When I arrived at the office at 9AM, no one arrived until 9:25AM, and the employee that did arrive didn't know anything about my vehicle until he called someone to check. He didn't even bother to verify if there were records regarding this. He then charged me a outstanding fee and only gave me a receipt of payment. There was no paperwork with indication of why or when my vehicle was towed. With his car, he then lead me to a different lot to pick up my vehicle, which was called Fast Towing. I don't understand why both the office and lot were not on the same site and had different names. It is also concerning how the only employee at the office immediately leaves to lead me to another site, with no one watching the office during business hours. I am truly baffled how this business is legal or operational with how disorganized and dishonest they are. They seem like a bunch of scammers.

These people who work there don't check if the cars belong to the apartments, or not. Last night they took my car that was parked almost in front of my apartment. Apart from that, my car has been registered in the apartment's portal for a year and I also had a car parked in my parking lot with a number. I called to have it moved, but they never arrived.

I had car issues today and was on the side of road on I95 north above Quantico and looked for a towing company near me via Google and this business was in the list. What drew me into the site was that they had on the first page, towing in 30 minutes or less. In all of the traffic at that time of day, they still arrived in 30 minutes. I was so relieved and extremely happy when the driver arrived. He was so knowledgeable and understanding. He knew I had been through a lot with the experience and said sit in the truck and I got this. He did great and suggested a few things on an unrelated car issue that was spot on. He was amazing and so personable and kind. The price was very reasonable and I was very satisfied. I'm honored to submit a review because they did what their site said. Prices are reasonable, arrived in 30 minutes and had the entire situation under control with a knowledgeable staff. I got texts on when the driver would arrive and they stayed patient as I figured out location so they could dispatch someone to help me. I would for sure recommend Manassas Towing.

Wow! Superb! I had to call Manassas Towing on a rainy day. They were responsive and committed to sending a tow truck in 30 minutes. It arrived exactly on time. The guy, Mike, was easy and pleasant to deal with and he loaded the car in 10 minutes. He took it to my dealer and checked in to the service center. The bill came electronically and was exactly as they quoted with NO add ons, etc. Great towing, great service, good pricing and great to deal with.

I had sold a car across county but had to have it towed because I had taken the tags off. AV was so nice to answer the phone late Friday night and explain pricing and the calls I would get so that the driver was in touch and verified locations to and from every step of the way. I called to arrange next morning tow and in the morning I got a call from the driver exactly when I was told the driver would be at pick up location, verified he had the right car, and I have no doubt delivery was just as smooth. I was stranded at 6 am with my alternator out, called Manassas Towing and was quoted with great price. The driver, Rene, showed up within 30 minutes. Rene reached out and provided ETA, which was great. He towed my car to a shop of my preference which was little further away and once he arrived, Rene sent a photo of my car to let me know that everything was safe and sound. I have received a exceptionally friendly and professional service. Definitely satisfied and would recommend to anyone!

Coming back home on a flatbed is a right of passage for every vanagon owner. Of course we were not happy when after a week-long camping trip, our baby chewed up its engine on I66 just east of Front Royal, but Eddie came, as promised, within 45 minutes, to pick her up. He was professional and courteous, just a nice guy. He texted several times on the way to us with updates. Our driveway is narrow with retaining walls on each side and is a tight turn off a 4 lane, divided road with a curbed median strip. From the pictures, you can see it is just wider than the truck bed -- a fraction of an inch on one side and was less than a hand width on the other, with a slight curve in the wooden retaining wall. Eddie drove us to Arlington for a very reasonable price dropped the undriveable car into our driveway like a champ. If your baby needs a ride home, call Manassas Towing. Great people, thanks Eddie -- would give you 10 stars, if I could.

I called Manassas Towing when my car overheated on the PW Parkway and Eddie who answered the phone was very straightforward with his questions and told me he'd be there within 30 minutes. When he arrived, it was obvious Eddy is a skilled professional and he took care of everything getting the car loaded to take to my automotive repair shop and he even dropped me off at my house which was also local. Really appreciate it!

Had an excellent experience with John. Had a flat on 395 and the spare was also out of air. He was very professional and quick. There was a delay because he was stuck on another job but kept communicating and was kind enough to drop me home once the car was delivered to its location! Highly recommended!

Waited 2 hours for a tow, no call. When I called, the dispatcher I had spoken to hadn’t added it to the queue. The guy who had taken over the shift was all over the place — said he’d call and find out what happened, never did. When I called back, he asked if someone could come by tomorrow, to which I said no because we had already waited over two hours. He then said he’d call back with information on whether the driver would be comfortable towing a motorcycle, never did. About an hour later, we roll into Preston’s Pub for dinner and low and behold, a Manassas Towing Truck. Called them again and it went to a full voicemail mailbox. Do not recommend. 0 out of 10.

Edit: They referred me to a friend of theirs to help with an additional issue I had. Their friend ended up taking my money and running and provided no services. I called them and they said they would talk to him. He still will not take my calls or return my money. Manassas Towing was really easy to work with. I had a boat that needed to be towed from Manassas to Alexandria. With little notice they came back with a great price and were able to deliver the boat that evening. The trailer was old and the hitch was frozen shut. They spent 20 minutes working on it and were able to free it up, attach the boat and get under way. They let me know when they arrived at the drop off location and were able to put the boat right where I needed. After they left, they realized they still had two bottles of boat oil still in the truck so they turned around and delivered them to my door with a smile. I would definitely recommend them for any towing job. Thank you, Manassas Towing!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! THESE ARE CON-MEN. PLEASE look at the invoice I have attached. My car broke down in June, so I called them to tow it to my mechanic. First, they didn't get to the car until 3AM. Second, they said the mechanic's lot was full (it wasn't) so they had to take it back to their tow yard (which adds another fee). THEN, when I called them the next day to bring it to the mechanic (literally a 1.1 mile drive), they said they would do it that day. I called the mechanic later, he said there was no car. Next day, still no car, so I call them and they say they'll tow it today. Later that day STILL NO CAR! They were keeping my car hostage in their "tow yard" (aka junk yard, see pic - that's my red car in their luxury junk yard). After 3 days, they claim that they didn't tow it because I had yet to pay (despite there being no way TO pay it and this is the first time they mention any payment). So I literally have to meet them AT THE TOW YARD (no office) and 3 sketchy guys pull up in a sedan and tell me that the payment of $970.00 is due to get my car released! The invoice they show me is totally fraudulent. There was NO ACCIDENT, NO CLEANUP, AND NO LOOSE PARTS (despite being charged for all of those & I have dash cam footage to prove all of this). They said they were being nice and only charging me for one day at the tow yard, which is literally the smallest fee there is, and it wasn't even my choice since I wanted it towed straight to the mechanic in the first place. Overall, they are FRADULENT , LAZY CROOKS WHO DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!!! USE SOMEONE/ANYONE ELSE!!!

Horrible company! My sisters car had issues in the middle of the road and broke down, her Mercedes road side service reached out to this company and they stated they were 20 minutes away. After making her wait almost 3 hours they called and canceled saying "they have no drivers in the area" Dishonest Comany avoid st all cost! If you read there reviews there famous for saying they will be there when they dont mean it
