I came in for a battery test and ultimately needed a new battery. Brandon was patient, kind, and efficient in helping me select a new battery and quickly replaced my old one. Great customer service and very personable!

I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone today!!! Mainly due to the customer service. Brandon is unmatched! He was patient, polite, and knowledgeable; that gentleman is the real deal!

Candace is absolutely amazing! She helped my mom with her windshield wipers in a jiffy. Was very kind and patient with us

Brayden J saved the day! After having a terrible experience at Advanced Auto Parts I came to AutoZone to ask for help testing/replacing my daughter's car battery. Brayden was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I was in and out in less than 30 mins with a new battery and the reassurance that the alternator and starter were good. Rude chick working the phone doesn’t like to do her job and hung up on me after she finally got hands on the first part I was looking for. Did not get the chance to ask about my other part. Only wanted her to put hands on a part rather than trust a computer when I’m driving 3 hours for a part.

Not too many businesses seem to believe in INTEGRITY anymore, this location is not one of them. I was having car trouble on Mother's Day and thought it was the battery. So I drove to this location because I know they do free testing on batteries. The manager Chris D who is absolutely amazing at his job, came out to help me. After a quick diagnosis he determined that it wasn't my battery but most likely my starter. After a few more tests and watching YouTube videos, yes he took the time to watch videos to help determine the problem. He came to the conclusion that it was indeed my starter. So I purchased the starter for my car towed back home and swapped it out. It took about 40 minutes to do and it fired up on the first turn of the key. I am very grateful for Chris D and his staff for showing INTEGRITY for his community and customers. There are many auto parts stores located in our area and I will only shop here. So thank you again Chris D and the staff at Auto Zone for caring enough about people to actually help them.

Candace the store manager and John went out of their way to help me and fix my running lamps and head lights. I went in uncertain and came out happy and excited to have everything fixed. I also learned in the process. I highly recommend auto zone timberlake rd.

Went to the Timberlake Rd location to get a rear wiper replaced for my suv. Chris was awesome and professional even though it was raining and took a bit to get the new one on. Kudos to this location and the excellent customer service that I received from him. Definitely will be my go to for my auto needs!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Vic at the Timberlake location for his outstanding service during my recent visit. On January 23, I came into the store in need of a new car battery, and the weather was incredibly frigid. Despite the cold, Vic went above and beyond to ensure my battery was installed safely despite several challenges. Not only Vic and his co- worker, work efficiently in such tough conditions, but they also took the time to explain the installation process and double-checked everything to make sure it was done right. Their professionalism and commitment to providing excellent customer service were truly appreciated. I’m grateful for Vic’s hard work, especially considering the challenging weather. Good prices and great service! I've always preferred Autozone over the other auto parts stores. Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They seem to always have the parts I need on location, without the hassle of waiting for delivery or driving across town. They always have great deals and discounts on quality products and offer assistance to anyone in need. For these reasons, I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years!

This is the Best Auto Service I have ever had! The Mechanic in Charge there, offered to put My Running light bulb in for me! What a great Auto Zone. She was right on top of things and Put my light in very swiftly and efficiently! Thank you for Such awesome service. I will definitely be coming back here!

I went in for a new car battery today. Mike helped me a lot. Everything from identifying the battery I needed to installing it. My car is older and had some parts that were not easy to work around, but he took a good deal of time fixing it and making sure everything ran properly before sending me off.

I had a headlight bulb burn out in my 2013 Chevy Tahoe. I went to another auto parts store in Forest, O’Reillys to be specific and they took one look at my headlight and said that they couldn’t get to it Without taking the whole headlight outand to take it to Jiffy Lube or a mechanic. It was clear to see that they really just didn’t even wanna mess with it. Feeling frustrated I decided to call AutoZone and see if they could help me with my headlight. The girl who answered the phone said that they could definitely help me. When I got there the manager, Candice put gloves on, came out and fixed my headlight with no problem. It was very clear to see that she does her job well because while she was helping me, she was helping three other people simultaneously and I didn’t have to wait very long. Thank you so much to Candice and AutoZone on Timberlake. You guys are awesome!

My car battery had completely died and the folks at AutoZone were a blessing specifically Aedan! He helped me find the right battery right away and also educated me on my different options. The whole experience was great and I’d highly recommend coming here if you have battery issues.

I found out the hard way that my battery went bad...like, really bad. Having a reliable vehicle is pivotal for me, so car trouble is one of the worst things. Mike spent a lot of time helping me to make sure my terribly corroded battery was replaced. He went above and beyond. Erica was also very kind and chatted with my son and I to help us feel comfortable and pass the time. There are still good people out there.

Ronald was very helpful , I needed help with a headlight he assisted me with finding the light and also assisted with changing it out his customer service was up and beyond!! Giving all the customers the best service with a smile on his face ! Definitely recommend coming here .

Mike was really amazing helping us check our engine lights and even going the extra mile to also help with the battery situation. He was very personable and very kind hearted. If you ever need help from this AutoZone, ask for Mike, he will get you right!!

I had a bad battery and went in to buy a new one. Was initially told I would have to replace it myself but then told they would replace it for me. After finding a few different problems along the way I was helped with no complaints and treated very well. Jordan was very helpful and nice throughout the whole process.

I’ve never written a review before but I think this place deserves it after my experience there. After a nearby auto parts store messed around in my car and tried to tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong when it wasn’t, I went to auto zone to double check. They were such a help and so honest and helped me with a bunch of stuff even though they knew they wouldn’t be getting my business (I had a warranty for a new battery at another auto parts store). Saved me lots of time and $$; wish I went here first! Big shoutout to Mr. Michael for his generosity, honesty, and help!!!
