On a Sunday, my battery died and no one was around for a jump. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance, and they sent Alexis from Asset Recovery: Godsend! She arrived in just over an hour, took one look at the battery and told me it was toast. (I'm an accountant. Numbers are my thing: Batteries Not.) The battery was so old expanding gases burned it out. It was maybe four years old. It would no longer hold a charge. Alexis went to Autozone for a replacement battery and she had it installed it within an hour (and took the old battery). All of this happened within two hours from me calling the insurance company. Alexis was super helpful and informative explaining what was wrong, and she is very professional and friendly explaining even the simple things..which I had no idea about..What I do know is that Alexis is very good at her job and she had me back on the road in no time. Next time my truck needs repair - I'm calling Alexis because I know she cares about her customer: Thank You Alexis!

Alexis not only helped me get back in to my car but when the security system locked me out gave me a ride back to my house to pick up my extra fob to get back in to my security system. AND! She helped me repair my key. I’ve never had better service with someone who was so helpful beyond the job at hand

Very quick to respond and do the necessary task once there. This was late- non traditional weekend hours- and I’m so grateful for the quick timing and knowledgeable / capable assistance given to me. Friendly and conversationally/professionally helpful as well. I requested an added on extra service last minute after discussion and this was equally undertaken skillfully, and for a very reasonable price.
Alexis really saved my day. She got there very quickly and was completely prepared for everything I needed to get my car back up and running. Totally professional and courteous. I was a bit flustered when she got there, but I quickly realized that I was in good hands.
The service was okay and the response time was good. The big problem was on the phone we were estimated $85 however once the job was done I was asked to pay $210. I understand the difficulty to estimate this cost but $125 more is ridiculous and had we known the price we would have gone with a competitor. If you need a quick fix they are fine but on any budget I would not rely on the estimate.
