I have taken two vehicles to classic. Both were from being rear-ended. The work preformed by the team was excellent. The office staff as well as the techs are top notch I highly recommend seeing them if you need body repair to your vehicle.
Don't bother to take your vehicle here to get it fixed. My truck has been here a year, and they haven't started working on it yet. Would have gave them 0 stars if I could. Worst body shop I ever been too. Will never come here again. I will tell all my family and friends never use this body shop. This is unacceptable for a place of business. I'm going to contact Better business bureau. Evert time I go there to check on the truck, it's one lie after another. They got so good at lying I think they think they are telling the truth.
Having never had to approach a collision company before (thankfully), the team at Collision took pictures of the deer damage, got in touch with my insurance company (The Hartford), and told me it would be ready in about 5 days. Wow...aside from a 2 day set back because of supplier problems, they were right on!!! Car looks like new, and they were much cheaper than the company in Richmond, who, by the way said it would take about 3 weeks. They took complete control, and text me work status every day. We could not be happier or more satisfied. We highly recommend Classic Collision..!!
Just got my car back. Not only was the work done within the time frame they originally quoted me but they did an amazing job. The employees were exceptionally courteous and polite! They never made me feel like a phone call or question was a bother. Could not have asked for a better experience!
My Mazda 3 had serious front end damage from a deer strike. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my car looks better now then it did before the accident. They are really that good. The paint match is perfect. I especially liked that they ran a full diagnostic check to make sure all of the electronic safety sensors checked out, which is important on new cars. And a really friendly and informative staff too. If you have an accident, these are definitely the people to see.
From start to finish, this shop was amazing! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to find all of the damage that occurred even away from the area impacted. They were extremely quick fixing it back to new condition and made sure the car was immaculate when we picked it up. We drove 45 min each way to use this shop based on recommendations and will be making the drive again if anything else happens to the car.
Elite is professional, polite, honest and efficient in their work and the character of the employees. They go over and beyond all expectations. This was my second deer accident in one year, my car looks brand new! They even took a nail out of my low tire and plugged it for me. Nice to have such caring people in this business.
