Current 7/25 review. It's still better than Advance, but I learned that Johnny is going to leave. This saddens me as he's helped with several cars I own and offered direct and frank advice. I can tell he's burnt out. Brannon also told me that he moved to part time and he's looking worse for wear.
The rest of the staff looks burnt out to hell and nobody is enthusiastic about working there.
Whether it's corporate or store management at the root, I'm unsure, but I honestly wish AutoZone would swoop in at this point. The Advance is not doing well, and clearly this location isn't either.
I had the opportunity to be helped by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful associate named Johnny.
Johnny was kind and considerate and took no time in ascertaining what was wrong with my AC unit. Thank you so very much, Johnny! And thank you O’Reilly Auto Parts for having employees who go above and beyond! And allowing me to rent the required equipment to complete this issue!

Went to get a battery that fit my car for inspection, Adam helped me pick one out and even installed it in the lot. Even picked out a cheap hold kit and installed that too. Pleasant fellow, very efficient, and great service all around. Definitely recommend for anyone with auto part needs in the northern neck
This evening I was helped by Johnny at the Kilmarnock location. He displayed excellent customer service skills and tremendous patience while assisting me with my purchases. He is a good addition to this store which always provided me with high quality service.
You know what i like about O'Reilly? They will try to help you no matter what. Trying to figure out what breaker lines you need? They'll bring you in the back to see what they have. Need a bolt for a lawn mower? They'll show you what they have. The other guys? If they can't look it up by the make model and year of your car, forget about it. O'Reilly's does not give up until you have what you need!
Ordered online and package got lost. Contacted them through the email form, no one got back to me. Just received email today informing me I've been refunded. I would've rather gotten a replacement, but no one bothered to reach out to correct this after my initial email. Never shopping with O'Reilly's ever again.
In response to Owner's Response: I've used the email option to contact your company, and I received no correspondence other than an email that I'll get refunded. The live chat option doesn't appear to work at all, I see no way to initiate that during the normal hours of operation. If you want to reach out to me, I've already submitted a ticket, you have the email I used.
O'Reilly's has usually all the things that I need in one stop and I don't have to seek out other Part Stores. And the prices are generally cheaper than the other Part Stores
Ethan was very helpful and friendly. It was rainy and I needed new wipers. He helped me find a really good deal. He installed them for me and offered to show me how so I would know. The courteous service was appreciated!

I had a great experience! Tony was extremely helpful and went above and beyond even helping me change a fuse and a headlight in extremely hot weather. I would definitely recommend going there. And even asking for Tony! I will be using them in the future for my all car needs.
