First guy I talked with was very nice and helpful, the second however was rude he had a blue ear ring and I didn’t catch his name. I understand I’m the customer but when I watched the first employee look up a part differently that was quicker then yes I will interject. Maybe it’s because it was hot outside but still I apologize for wasting your time so much that you had to sigh and groan about doing your job.
Stopped last evening asking if they would test battery because I had to get someone to jump start my car to drive to their premises. It was sprinkling out side and attendee said he would not check it in the rain( I have umbrella!) Come back when its not raining. So either I have to wait hoping rain stops or hopefully fine someone to jump start the following dayI will not use Advance auto again. Lazy AS..........
Bad battery?Tested questionable curbside, so they quickly took it inside and tried to fully charge it. Failing this, I got a new Die Hard. Impressed with young man helping me.
Shout out to Rick for his excellent service today and help to diagnose exactly what was wrong with my Cub Cadet. He was patient with all my questions and helped to pinpoint our issues. Happy to say the mower started right up after following his instructions. Ladies, don’t be afraid to fix it yourself!
I came in on Sunday here at the auto zone due to an current situation with my vehicle. I was able to get everything taking care of and the item that I needed was in stock. I any questions or concerns that I had the auto zone sales associate was able to help he had an very professional demeanor I ask him what his name was. He told me Robert once again Robert I kindly thank you for your wonderful customer service !!!
Its an autoparts store in a small town... I just called them up and they recognized me without me saying my name. He then asked what car I was working on, and told me they would have the part waiting for me in the AM when I just called and asked how late they where open until as I needed a muffler. Super friendly, and they go out of their way to save me a buck or find the part I need, even though I ask for strange or obscure parts. With online shopping it can be cheaper to buy a part, but this way I know I get the best ballance of correct part, good price, good quality, and getting the part fast!
The prices for certain products are not clearly marked on the shelves. It's like they have faded to be barely visible. So I left and went to the parts store next door O'Reily and purchased the turn signal light that I needed. Probably the same price. Better customer experience.
Courteous, helpful staff. Well stocked. Quick test of my battery, (that I purchased here a year ago), showed neither it, nor my alternator was the sourch of my dead battery.
I hate when the parts guy always pulls the most expensive part off the shelf. I prefer you point the out to me and allow me to choose so I don't have to tell you that's more than I want to pay.
Advance Auto's commercial shows employees with big smiles..."Come in anytime and we'll check the code on your vehicle." Apparently that service does not apply when it's raining, snowing, or inconvenient for the employee. Two employees at this location; I was the only customer. Male employee was on personal call and was bothered that I interrupted him. Female refused to do her job, and then the phone rang. She turned from talking to me and, instead of letting the other employee handle that call, chose to pick up the call. Very poor customer service.
The staff are really nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here. I have only had one not so great experience.. I needed a belt for my car and was given the wrong one. It was too big. Normally they are very knowledgeable about parts though so I don't want to focus on one bad incident.
Given the store five stars because I exchanged stick on vent visors for for in Channel vent visors that ended up being more money but costing me nothing the staff was very courteous there as well and helpful
