I had such a good experience with my car repair with Classic Collision.These guys really know what they're doing! They keep you informed every step of the way via text message, and always make themselves accessible to any questions you should have. I highly recommend them. I was recommended to them by my father who is very hard to please...haha. And so of course I gave them a try, and I was never so happy I did! They got my car back to me ahead of schedule and I was able to take a trip I was planning in my car!

Update: this is NOT Knox Collision anymore. The service is no where near as good. Communication is awful. Had to bring my truck back after the company changed hands and was very disappointed with the experience.
The folks at Knox’s were first class. It was refreshing to go somewhere and get quality service. It seems like everywhere you go these days the service sucks. Whether it be going out to eat, going to a mechanic, or anywhere else really. The team at Knox was prompt, professional, and did quality work on my truck. I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service they provided. My truck was returned flawlessly repaired and detailed inside and out. It’s rare these days to not have some kind of complaint. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I highly recommend Classic Collison. They have excellent quality of their repais along with excellent customer service. They kept me informed on a daily basis of the process of the repairs to my vehicle. They took time to explain the complete process at the very beginning and delivered the car on the original estimated completion date. They provided a personal touch which was comforting while I was experiencing the stress involved with damages to my car. Very impressed!
Car got totaled after trunk got smashed in and this location was chosen to complete the inspection. I was upset when I first got there because I was told one thing by the insurance company just to be told something else when I got there. John stepped in and was amazing. He went over the paperwork and his reassurance of the situation made me feel a lot better about leaving my car there. I thought it was going to take 2 weeks or more before I heard something back about my car but the system they used to update me was quick and efficient and I was told within like 4-5 days my car was totaled and what the next steps were. John and the team at Classic Collision made the experience smooth and comfortable. Forever grateful.
My one and only biggest gripe with this shop is they are nonchalant when discussing issues with my car. Daughter visited the shop on a Friday and afterwards the following Monday. Mechanic wouldn’t come out to the car either day for what I think/thought was a simple diagnosis, and was told to come back on Tuesday the next day. We’ve had car serviced here before and was met with the same treatment. Tried to give them business because was satisfied with their work but, their customer service sucks! Also, the shop/lobby wasn’t crowded either time!
Had some damage done to our 2009 Suburban by a tree limb in the yard. Took it to Knox Auto because they have been here forever. I have always heard good things about them, but have never had to use them before. I was glad that they were my first choice. I have added pictures.
My family and I were about to head out of town on a 10+ hour road trip when I realized a piece of the underside of my car was hanging off and dragging on the ground. I knew of Knox Automotive Center from living in the area, but having just recently moved to Virginia, I hadn’t done business with them. When we pulled into the parking lot a gentleman was already outside speaking with another customer. He saw us pull in, and immediately spotted the part of my car needing to be fixed before we even had a chance to get out and speak to him. After finishing his conversation he came right over, looked at the issue, told us to give him just a minute, and then came back out, crawled under the car and fixed issue. The kindness he showed us in that moment is why Knox will always have my business, and I can say confidently you’ll be in good hands should you use their services. I only wish I had caught this gentleman’s name before we left to thank him by name.
I was involved in a hit-and-run in a parking lot and the ladies car tore up the side of my car. Knox was able to get me in, in a timely manner to get it fixed. They did a wonderful job and have great customer service. Thank you, Rob and the tech who fixed my car.
My vehicle needed repair, and my insurance company had Knox listed first. I called and spoke to the owner, Rob who gave me an honest estimate. He was kind and helpful, and explained things to me at length. Rob’s expertise saved me and my insurance company time and money. I appreciate being able to call a local business and speak to someone like a neighbor. I would recommend them to anyone for collision repair.
Pretty new to the area so brought my car solely based off of the Google reviews and I was not disappointed. My car is almost 20 years old and knox automotive got it back to looking like new. Communication was outstanding and workmanship was second to none. Highly recommend

I can’t recommend this place more. I specifically do work with Rob and he’s amazing. Knox does amazing work and go the extra mile with vacuuming the floors and making my car look brand new. Not to mention they were set up with my insurance company so the insurance process was so smooth. In addition, everyone I talked to there was friendly and helpful. I quite literally had the best experience and so have many of my own family and friends.
All I can say is they've done work on my previous Ram and he will forever be my go to guy.. Rob is super nice and friendly, always a pleasure to do business with.
