Ran here tonight to get antifreeze. I just got off work it was 8:50 and they were already closed and doors locked. Note there not supposed to close till 9. It would have taken me 2 min to get what I needed so I could work in the am.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Zippy, my Kia soul's battery died while being parked in the snow for a week. We were not able to jump it at all, it was totally dead. Had to get it towed to AutoZone where I was informed my warranty ran out... last week!!
But, Carlos, the amazing manager still provided me with a FREE upgraded replacement battery!!! This is the 3rd time I have been helped SO WELL at this store!! Will never go anywhere else! Thank you Carlos and AutoZone for the best service ever! You are a lifesaver in rough times when money is short but we still have to get to work as an essential mental health care worker!
Awesome team here. We live 30 minutes from town and my wifes truck died the team at autozone swapped the battery for us no problem at all and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't be more blessed this time of year.
Yesterday I went into Autozone in South Boston , Va. I will say that I had the most pleasant experience. Mr Clark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced my battery , for free, and my windshield wipers and was so kind. Thank you for your help! Customer service was impeccable.
I definitely recommend autozone! Talia was very helpful and made sure i had the right parts , she even reprinted my diagnosis report for me so i could give it to my mechanic. Autozone always helps ! They have the best prices & services !

I went to Auto Zone in South Boston, VA Tuesday 5/21/2024 about 5:30 PM. Carlos greeted me immediately, very pleasant. I thought my truck was overheating. He came out and looked at my truck and told me the truck was okay at the time. He advised to take it home, let it cool off and add coolant to the reservoir. Which I did.
I just want to commend Carlos for his friendliness and professionalism.
He is definitely an asset to your company. I will be visiting your store again.

While driving from High Point, NC on our way home to Chesterfield, VA my check engine light came on and my engine started riding very rough. We did not know the area so I google for the nearest auto zone. By some stroke of luck we ended up at Cole's store. He was amazing, friendly, patient and unbelievably helpful. After running a quick check he realized that an Ignition coil had gone bad in my truck and needed to be replaced. This was about 2:00 on a Sunday, no mechanic shops open anywhere and trying to drive home was not and option. Cole's saved the day by replacing the part and fixing my truck right there in the Auto Zone parking lot. I am beyond grateful for Cole's help and expertise. Auto Zone is fortunate to have a store manager like him, if I am ever in the area again I'm bringing you a sixer my friend!
The manager Cole is always willing to help and he is extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I have to get parts I make sure I ask for him. He always know what i need.
the customer service from the salesperson Talia was amazing she went above and beyond to find my parts it’s just freezing cold I don’t think the heater works in there.
I needed my pre purchased windshield wiper blades from another store placed on my RAV 4. Michael, the store manager did not hesitate to help me. He was professional, kind and efficient and the requested job was completed in 5 mins. I am so thankful for this man’s willingness to come to my rescue. I will use this store for all my auto part needs. South Boston, VA gets 10+ stars!
Excellent customer service! The store manager(Michael White) was very knowledgeable and helped me get everything that I needed to fix the issue that I was having. You can tell that he takes his job and especially providing great customer service very seriously. This company is lucky to have him!
when I ran out of gas in a heat wave, Shawnee drove me to the nearest gas station, and helped me fill my can and car. I’ve always had a great experience at this autozone.

Love Autozone but the past couple of days I’ve called today at 5:30pm and she answered the phone hello… that’s crazy then I had to constantly ask are you there she didn’t ask the correct info on the car looking up. That’s the second time with the same lady. That definitely needs to get checked. Did not get the part had to call autozone in south hill Va and they gave me 100 percent service. I work at another autozone location and love the service at most stores.
I have been going to this Autozone for years now, and always have a good experience. Cassandra is the absolute BEST and is always so kind and helpful. If she's there, ask for Cassandra!

One of the best experiences I've ever had. The technician was super helpful. I asked him to test my battery and after testing he told me it was fine. However, with the age I opted to replace it. He was amazing! He took the time to replace it, but also went the extra mile and replaced the connector, all of this in the rain. Definitely a place I trust and will return to for help. Thank y'all so much!

I've always had good experiences shopping here. This team typically tries to help you find the part you're looking for, and they usually have more than one brand option. You can get the lifetime parts and bring them back if/when they fail again. I do this with things like the starter on my old fox body. I do prefer the old rewards program, but at least they have a rewards program.
Walked in and before I got in the store good (literally still not through the threshold and holding the door) and employee who is masked up and appeared to be alone in the store asked if I needed a mask while holding up a box full of them. So the employee did come outside and try to diagnose my vehicle issue to no avail but I give credit for trying. I know a mask is "the golden rule" but I don't have faith in it's ability to save me from the Corona nor is it anyone's busy what medical condition I may have. Just saying. The store is well stocked but I didn't need anything.
Our family prefers this autozone, staff is always friendly and helpful! They also will allow school teams and other nonprofit organizations to host their fundraising carwashes in their parking lot at various times throughout the year which shows their commitment to helping out the community as a whole. So we choose to purchase all of our automotive care items at this location.
Customer service was excellent!! They helped me with all my problems and knew just what I wanted. I will prefer AutoZone over any other auto parts store.
