Friendly staff helpfull for all my automotive needs and they have the rental program for specialty tools.

Not very friendly or knowledgeable. Sold me a part, told me I would not need any special tools and they were wrong

Out of the several auto part stores in the area I think this one is the best by far. They have great service members and prices are completely competitive with the others. Advance, AutoZone...ect

O'Reilly auto parts has become my go to.parts dealer in the South boston Virginia area. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I've never had an issue in either of the South boston O'Reilly stores.

Great parts store! They offer all the assistance you'll ever need. Ask for Gene! He knows cars! They'll match the prices of other parts stores, and they run some great weekly deals! I used to be a die hard AutoZone customer. Their rewards program died off, so I quit going there. O'Reilly has a great rewards program!
