The guy their was super helpful and very polite. He seemed very knowledgeable about his job. He also came out out to my car without even asking him to and checked to make sure that windshield wiper blade would work on my car before I even purchased it.
No issue w/the employees or store itself & I'm sure this is a corporate thing but I was on a road trip & needed a couple things - $5.79 (maybe it was $5.29 but whatever) for a small "toothbrush" steel wire brush (no packaging) that probably cost less than $0.25 from China felt like robbery. We don't have O'Reilly in my area but I travel a lot & see them all over (& have heard their ads/racing sponsorship for decades) & will make it a point never shop there again if I can help it.
Not the store or it’s employees is the problem, it’s the people you let wash the cars for money on the side! I came through there this weekend and whoever the group of young men were, were very rude, disrespectful and cussed the whole time! Everything was the f bomb, very unprofessional for my family to hear…. We won’t be back! And my suggestion to the company is, if you let my people in the community that are trying to raise money use your facilities be weary of who you allow.
I went there for service with my battery. They were very helpful and found the correct battery for my vehicle needs. Damien installed my new battery and made sure my vehicle was operating properly.
James is the best,Everytime I come in he's always nice,patient and so helpful with my Subaru when no other places would even try.Its an older Subaru and he really knows what he's doing.The other employees have always ben great too.Thank you O Reilly's,I will only come there.
O'Reilly's is my go-to auto parts store. Staff was friendly and nice but it would have been nice if they had known about the current promotions and told me about the rebate for an item that I bought luckily I noticed the rebate myself and was able to claim it.
The oil cap came off the motor of my boyfriend’s tractor trailer and they had something we could use until we were able to get the correct one to replace it. The store was also very clean and the employees were friendly!
