UPDATE: I had to take the original review down because the system will not allow me to update. After a bad customer service experience several weeks ago I posted a review here regarding that event. Almost immediately the business reached out to me and restored my faith in being a consumer. Andy contacted me to apologize for the incident and inform me that he had spoken with his entire team about the importance of quality customer service. He invited me to come back and so he could personally assist me while in his store. In a the days, where I have spent most of an afternoon on a telephone call or online attempting to return a defective item to an online retailer, it's a welcome change to communicate with a business that values the customers they serve. Andy was incredibly kind, professional, and modest. Having a business owner who genuinely cares about their customers and employees is a rare and valuable find in today's world, and he has shown me that he is working hard to run a respectful business. Thank you, Andy Gordon, for being such a standup guy!

Always an exciting experience dealing with this NAPA. They have stellar levels of automotive parts expertise combined with enthusiastic delivery drivers. Whether it's Mike (Peaches!!!), Dan ( King Nerd), David ( Prince Nerd), or Tori (coming in clutch with last minute parts on her own time) we get the job done because of y'all. Andy is like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, pulling levers and knobs, making magic happen. We have good times and bad times but the job still gets done, and we appreciate all of you. Parts acquisition in any shop or store is a challenge, and most people are stressed on either end of the rope, and sometimes you just don't have the energy to pull. Keep on keeping on, you are all appreciated, sorry I can't remember everyone's name.

My son needed plugs and boots for his Sonic. The salesperson was super helpful, steering him towards good products but away from the needlessly expensive ones and answering all of his questions with a smile. Great experience.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge of their products! Explained the pros of each wiper blade selection and even allowed me the courtesy of washing my hands after I installed them. Their bathroom was over the top for an automotive parts store.

I came here to have a load test done on my battery and to get spark plugs for my truck. Sheila helped me with both of these tasks, and she just totally floored me. The moment I came in she acknowledged me and asked how she could help. For the duration of my experience she had the most helpful and ambitious attitude without losing one bit of professionalism. I was so, so impressed with the depth and breadth of her knowledge, ability to explain things to me in terms I could understand, and her simply excellent customer service and communication skills. As a woman in a male dominated industry, I can imagine the difficulties she has likely faced. But the way she carries herself - with confidence, authority, and relatability - was just exceptional; she knows what she’s doing and when you talk to her you KNOW that she knows what she’s doing. Sheila is an extremely valuable asset to this business. She’s clearly VERY intelligent and will go to the top of whatever vocation she chooses - automotive or anything else. She impressed me so much I just HAD to write this review. Go Sheila!!!

I pre-ordered a tool online and scheduled pickup at this napa in gloucester, ON. When i received the voicemail that the tool arrived, I stopped by the next morning to pay and pickup the tool. I was 'assisted' by an older, tall, thin employee who seemed to have an attitude problem with me the moment i walked to his register. Bottom line, I will not return to this napa autopart store to shop, however, if you need someone to straighten this individual's attitude out, I wouldn't mind coming back to perform that duty free of charge. Otherwise, the other employees in the area were a bit more welcoming.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It's great to have a relationship with a locally owned parts company who gives outstanding service. I've never been a fan of big box, cookie cutter corporate stores. I'm not shopping for fake chrome vents and bullet hole stickers, I need quality parts. NAPA Auto Parts - Gloucester Parts Company is always superb.

If one cannot get OEM parts, then they'd better get NAPA. Your vehicle will "thank you!"

Very knowledgeable staff and well stocked. I needed a part and Andy had it for in less than an hour.

I went in yesterday to buy a breaker bar. Found what appeared to be the only one they had. I brought it up to the counter to buy. The man helping me told me they normally have more to choose from and that this one was $40, although something of its size normally runs 15-20. I agreed, and he recommended I pick one up at another store. This was a standup move, and you can bet that because of it I’ll be back! Didn’t catch your name, but a big thank you for the great customer service.

Everyone is friendly and very professional. They always are willing to help and answer any questions I have on any of my vehicles.I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Good products, friendly staff, only drawback is access from southbound 17, other than that go to place for automotive needs.

They help you and you need it they have the things that you would want and that kind of a store. They are very nice.

They lack the inventory offered at Advance, and they cost a bit more too; but, they typically have the essentials and can be quicker at check out too.
