I called the other week to see when and if I could get a part replaced on my vehicle. John was very rude and told me to find someone else to do it. This is the 2nd time I have been treated this way in the last 4 or 5 months by this business. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance, but no one should be treated the way I was treated not once but twice.

I would give ZERO STARS if possible! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!! I called last week to make an appointment for inspection & I told him specifically I would have to wait on the vehicle as I would have no ride I was told to come at 10AM this morning. I show up, & John doesn't seem to remember the phone conversation we had the week before, so I politely filled him in, trying to refresh his memory. He said, quote, " Darlin' I got 15 cars in front of you, either leave it here or leave. I don't care." I only set up this "appointment" because my fiance works at a local shop & John was highly recommended for his quick service & good prices on tires, & I needed a set of 4 new tires for the truck as well as the inspection. Instead of giving my business to John, I took my business elsewhere. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly, find another mechanic besides this guy! Plus his location & parking lot sucks!
Excellent service! My wife had a leaking tire while traveling, and was extremely frazzled, but John's Auto's friendly service and quick work got her back on the road in no time.
John runs an excellent shop, and really helped us out of a bad situation on literally no notice at all. He had the tire we needed in stock and had us in and out of his shop and back on the road in under 20 mins. Most of all he gave us and excellent price and was super accommodating to a couple of out of town people in a difficult situation. Would highly recommend for all your auto service needs you will not be disappointed!
We were driving through the area when we got a flat tire and were able to limp the car to John’s. John had our tire size, switched it out right away, was very friendly, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were back on the road in just a few minutes. Couldn’t be happier!!
I have been dealing with John for a very long time. John is an excellent example a good small town business. I would definitely recommend him for inspection stickers, oil changes, towing services and other automotive services .

Called to get an estimate on getting my car fixed. John was rude the first day and said call back tomorrow. Called back the next day he said he decided not to do it. Is my money not good enough or is he just not able to fix it? Either way not sure I’d want him to touch my car after the way we were treated! Don’t recommend!!
