I would never recommend this place because everytime I go and I have my bi racial daughter there's a girl that sets in a car outside in the parking lot that calls her a racial slur and I have complained and nothing has been done and the manager is aware. They will never get my money again. This is uncalled for
I've been here a handful of times and they've always been great! Staff is really helpful and friendly. The last time I came, I needed a new battery and they put it in for me. Really great store and they always have what I'm looking for and help me if I have questions!
2 visits required for main battery. Both times given incorrect battery even after calling first to be sure battery was in stock. They straight out lied!!!
Second visit, employees talked negative about prior employee selling me incorrect battery when they, themselves, were trying to swap it for another incorrect battery. Fortunately, my friend came along and corrected the entire situation.
Staff lacks knowledge of batteries!!!!
Always a good experience here I did get over charged this past time and had to go back in and get a refund but they issued the refund no problem amd smiled doing it
My jeep battery went dead at the Burger King parking lot in Narrows. Called auto zone in pearisburg to see if they had the right battery. He gave me a price and said they could put it in.for me. Steve C. You.are awesome! Thank you!
I had a great experience at this AutoZone. I was having problems with my battery so I brought it in and got it tested and battery was bad so I bought a battery and had the guy put it in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I have purchased the majority of my auto care needs from my local store for many years. I have had very few issues with the quality of parts I purchased or with making exchanges when something wasn’t right. Today I learned that a wiper blade I purchased 2-3 weeks ago could not be exchanged. The thing ripped within the first week and I came back to the store as soon as I had time. The store will not stand behind a simple product like this and I find that to be absurd. There is a Walmart in the same parking lot and there at least I know I can exchange just about anything no hassle. I did call customer service and explain this situation and all they could say was that they were sorry they couldn’t help. Wouldn’t help is more like it. Walmart here sells most everything I purchase regularly and there are plenty of other auto parts stores nearby. Autozone lost this customer over a simple faulty item they sold me and would not accept responsibility for.
Pretty good auto parts store but they will lecture you about aftermarket parts even though companies like motor raft just re-bag aftermarket parts themselves. You can always find the exact part online for cheaper but websites won't hand you the parts to look at and make sure you leave with the right one
My husband always buys spare parts in this store, but there is a person who always treats him badly, gives him terrible service, even once he made fun of him saying that he spoke like Monkey because he does not speak well, or almost no English and he It is difficult to communicate to buy, he always looks at us in a bad way, we will buy more in that store we are Hispanic but we buy with our money that we earn with effort, we are not stealing from anyone so that they treat us like that.
Steve was incredibly rude, unhelpful, belligerent and disrespectful in every encounter I've ever had in this establishment, and this has been allowed by autozone for a long time it seems because every customer complaint I and others have made goes without action. It is a small area without many options and being forced to deal with this individual has been a nightmare for many people, myself included. The issues have been reported to the numerous different managers over the years since it seems Steve and the other problem employees like to run them off. Do something about bad employees, take care of the good employees (your pandemic response is/was a joke), or watch this store continue to run into the ground. Corporate management in this area is a joke, take customer complaints seriously.
We had purchased the wrong brakes, but the guys at the store were great and helped us to refund that amount and helped us get supplied for an oil change, very friendly staff.
Jack (the store manager) at the Pearisburg store along with the rest of his staff over there has always been good to me. Helping me spec out what I need as well as ordering parts. I prefer dealing with them for my needs more then anyone else around.
The young lady that helped me at AutoZone in Christiansburg was very nice and I told her that that would be the only store that I would shop at I will never shop at the one in Giles County again
This is the only auto parts store that I shop at.Friendly staff, that always goes the extra mile to help with getting the parts I need for my car. The car parts they sell are of the highest quality. I would highly recommend using Auto Zone .
Nice enough staff. Needed an 8 guage or higher inline fuse and they had none. Only small fuses. Nice, clean store and I was impressed until...
I looked at prices. OMG! Just an idea of the markup: Hot Wheels cars that sell for $1 everywhere were $1.40. $3 fuse online for $7. Yikes. I'm not cheap but I don't throw money away. No thanks.
Damm lucky if you get the right part,and if you don't make sure you keep receipt or you won't get a refund,eve eif it's the next day an they rember selling you the parts.Sold my wife a part that doesn't even go with her car!! But don't worry they will give you a gift card for the amount of purchase.(like you really want to give them any more business)
I was waiting in line for checkout for at least 5 min. This wasn’t a problem until it was my turn to checkout and two people that were behind me in line were taken first. Apparently they knew the cashiers personally which ended up being more important than who was first in line. I’ll never spend another dollar at this store.
Everyone was very helpful. As I was walking to my car, I stopped to look at my phone to make sure I asked for the correct part. One of the team members noticed this, and he came out of the store to ask if he could help me with something else or if I had questions. You don't see this very often. Thanks for checking on me.
