Needed a tire inflated and Mike at the front desk did it immediately. It was a minor thing for them, but it was a major thing for me. He definitely saved the day

Where another shop could have performed a service I thought I needed, you guys told me I actually didn't need it yet and offered some advice. Hands down the most reliable and competent shop I've found in Northern Virginia. The front desk staff know what they are talking about and the mechanics in the back do reliable work. They have serviced 2 of my vehicles consistently over the past 15 years and have solidly taken care of everybody I've sent there.

I've been going here for over 9 years. They have serviced every single car of mine to my oldest (90 newyorker) to the fastest camaro (SS). I couldn't be more happier with the service they have provided for me. Mike is always HONEST with me and gives me his true opinions on my cars. They always show me the problem (pic or in person) and provide me with the best options. Ray and Huk always have the best customer service and always get back to me with any questions in a timely manner. Thanks again for all your hard work on my cars over the 9 years. Honest. Upfront. Love the way they use technology to approve services alongside a phone call so you understand what needs doing and done. They’re very good about researching what you think the problem is and then telling you if it’s worth it or not. Other shops have done unnecessary work before knowing it wouldn’t fix the problem. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Centreville Tire & Auto to anyone looking for an auto shop! They are great communicators and explain any issues that come up. They are also very honest about the work that needs to be done and doesn't need to be performed. We recently took our Honda to the dealership for an issue that only the Honda dealership could fix. The Honda dealership did a full inspection, and the dealership recommended thousands of dollars of repairs that were "critical." We took our van to Centreville Tire and Auto for a second opinion. After fully evaluating our van, C'vill Tire and Auto were very honest about their findings and stated that nothing needed to be fixed, saving us thousands of dollars! Not only do I use them for our surprise repairs, but they take care of all of our yearly maintenance. What is great is that they know exactly who I am and welcome me in by using my name to say hello even before I reach the counter! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Although I am giving them a 4/5, Centreville Tire & Auto / Elite Car Care Centers will be my go-to for car repair and upkeep going forward. The good: They were very thorough in trying to figure out the issue with my car, including taking several hours to take certain things apart and putting them back together, at no additional cost, to find the core issue. I appreciate that level of dedication, especially since several other mechanics gave up quickly when we took the vehicle to them. Additionally, they were very open in their communication with me. I never felt like they were being shady or trying to upsell me on anything. When they presented the issue to me, they presented it as such "Here is the problem. Whether or not you use us to fix it, you need to get it fixed ASAP. Here is how much it would cost for us to fix it". I appreciate that there was no pressure to use their services - part of the reason I went with them fix the issue. So why did I only give four stars? There was a slight communication issue between the front desk and the technician about the severity of an issue with our tires. Thankfully, that was caught soon after, and they apologized for the mistake. That said, I will still use them going forward because of their professionalism.

Mike Claros did a great job helping me out on the fly, for my tire inspection. He expedited my service to fit me in with their busy schedule. Very professional, I'd recommend to all.

Honest and trustworthy business. I like the clear communication and honest service offerings. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary services and charging you an arm and a leg. I used to go only to dealers for my car services and I wish I have found this place sooner. I could give this place 10 starts! They have the nicest people working at this shop.

I moved to Centreville recently, and have decided to do some work on my car. My dealership had quoted me a 1000 dollars over what these guys did a stellar job on. I’ve been here 3 times over the last couple months for various items and they’ve always been super quick, professional, and very knowledgable. Not once did I feel like I was being scammed, like I have felt at other shops. In fact, they’ve hooked me up in some really awesome ways and have always diagnosed issues with various options I could pursue. I’ve seen Mike here a couple of times, and that guy is incredibly diligent and honest. This shop may be the best I’ve ever been to in my +15 years of driving. Would recommend.

Came here due to a screw in my tire. They were charging $60 for a patch and told me because theres only 1 guy available it'll take 1 hour to do. Then I was told "but people usually just get a plug." But I'm asking for a patch because a patch is by far better than a plug. I'm from NY so I had to travel back but back in NY a patch is $25 and takes 20 minutes (done by one guy and includes balancing the wheel). Seems to me the cost of living balances out.

I have been very happy with the customer service at Centreville Tire and Auto in the 2 years that I have been a customer. I feel as if they have taken great care of my cars and given me good advice when it comes to repairs and maintenance needs. Their tire package is awesome!

Went there to get my state inspection done and they told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait. They took exactly two hours and got the job done! This place is just great, especially if you're a woman. Other car care shops will try to sell you unnecessary installations and assume you don't know much. If you need a service done on your car, please come here! Will come here again in the future.

Fairly new to the VA area and had not needed a car mechanic. Had rear brakes work (pads and rotors replacement). Work was done within 3 hours. Honest and fast estimate emailed to me. Did not try and sell me services that were not absolutely required. These guys will be my go-to mechanic.

Not to mention, the cost of the tires+service also included an alignment, whereas the dealership would have been extra $$$. Searched online for local, trusted, top-rated shops to fix my vehicle. I came across Elite car care in Centreville! I read multiple reviews (as I do with any place before deciding on choosing A business) and called them up to see availability with such short notice. Initially I believed my car had about two problems and come to find out through Elite car care - I had a plethora of issues due to a Rodent chewing through wires dealing with my engine and other components! A job that's not that easy to fix and could cost thousands depending on how bad the damage is - actually cost me a fair price and a total save from thousands of dollars. The turn around time for my car was actually quick in my eyes - they're pretty busy and I had a serious issue going on with my car because of rodents! My car is running really great and I can tell the difference! Also, last but definitely not least, Mike was stupendous with his customer service and knowledge! Kept me in the loop concerning prices and options, and also empathy goes a long way and he showed that! I think I've found my new auto shop for repairs! I’m usually not someone to write a review but I have to say that the customer service experience I had here was incredible. My vehicle ended up needing significantly more repairs than I had anticipated and the shop manager was more than helpful with explaining the diagnostics, referring me to other shops for specialty work, and walking me through the payment plan process. As a woman, auto workers tend to take advantage of me financially. This shop did entirely the opposite - lots of transparency and accomodations. Thank you <3

I just needed an oil and filter change. I arrived early and they completed the work within an hour. The price for synthetic oil was reasonable. They also noted that my brakes were almost worn out and gave me a quote to do the brakes. It was just a reminder - no pressure at all. I also asked about an alignment and they recommended waiting until I purchase new tire. The whole organization seems friendly, fair and trustworthy.

I've been bringing my car here for several years now while living in the area, and they've always been kind, honest, and efficient, whether for routine maintenance or larger repairs. In my experience they've always been up front about what needs to be fixed and how soon, pricing for parts and labor, and have coupons to help make things more affordable. Definitely recommend them!

Been customer about 2 years and I felt very trustworthy shop. I joined their VIP service which covers 2 years maintenance service and was very cost effective and they honored the contract very smoothly. I never had good experience in other shops but I felt this shop gave me fair treatment and enough explanation what is going on. Never gave me any surprise on prices while car is shop. Highly recommended. This is mostly feeling based and can’t prove it number, but this is the store I can trust.

I am really Selective with my garages. Awesome experience Here. Just picked up car after a new radiator install. Michael kept me in the loop The whole time with multiple phone calls about multiple parts to get me the best service. They are friendly, personable and the front office is very knowledgeable. It’s a great combo between a small local garage feel with big-time dealership garage service.
