When this store first opened, customer service was amazing and employees were helpful. Now it has changed management and it’s gone downhill. There seems to be a high turnover rate here. The employee does not greet customer and can care less and if they do greet, they will be selective. I will not be back here and will be shopping at advanced auto parts instead.

Ray was very helpful and kind. Really made the process of getting a new battery very straightforward and pretty easy! Battery cost was in line or cheaper than other places I called as well. Will come back for anything I need.
Ray was super helpful! He looked up the part I needed to replace in my car that caused the battery to die, and when he saw that none of the AutoZones in the area had that part in stock, he called up other local auto parts stores and then sent me to one that did. That is TRUE customer service!!

super unprofessional was checking out a few items then came to register and some dumb looking cashier told me if i also seen “some stickers”? it was some vinyl wrap that i put back. assumed i was stealing, never going back here again. dumb and unprofessional

Giovanni was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I was served efficiently, patiently, and with a welcoming smile and information I didn’t even think to ask . He made the entire experience (and my car) run smooth.
Not very friendly and claimed their tester machine is not working with no resolution offered. I waited 35 minutes approximately for the testing to be done. They did ask that I give them an hour, but I don’t know what that would’ve changed. They were nice enough to call another store to see if their tester worked. Turns out the other stores tester wasn’t working either.

I came in to get my battery replaced after having to jump-start my car twice. Brandon tested my battery, and as expected, I needed a new one. The service was quick and hassle free. Brandon handled everything efficiently and installed my new battery immediately. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. An amazing experience from start to finish!

I came in to get a replacement battery for our Jeep. I had called earlier and spoke with Sam to make sure the battery was in stock. He held one for me. He was also the associate that rung me up, as well as removed and installed our new battery. Sam C was professional and knowledgeable about battery maintenance. He took great care during installation. THANKS SAM!
