Called to see if they had a belt for my Tahoe. Asst. manager told me they did. When I got there he told me he actually didn’t have it. He told me he would order it and call me the next day. Never got a call, and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Had to drive clear to King George to get the belt.
Battery ran flat due to non use. Took it in and asked for it to be tested. They said it was fine and just needed to be charged. I left it with them for the day. Picked it up and asked if they had changed it and if I owed them anything. They said charged up (they checked it) and no charge for the work. Took it home and it was as flat as when I brought it in…. Why waste my time? I’d have bought a new one.
John is amazing!! He is so helpful & patient. I’m in there all the time and he meets me with a smile and great customer service! His team is awesome too! The guy that drives the “Scooby Doo” has to be one of the nicest team members he has! Truly am grateful for them💘
I had a battery issue on a Sunday morning. Christopher wasted no time in getting me squared away, while being incredibly helpful and cheerful as he did it. Great service, and much appreciated!
Came in the store to get some things for my car and Daniela was very helpful and respectful when I didn't know what I needed. Nice to see women in the auto parts work field. Keep up the good work!
On Sunday September 10, 2023 I came to O'Reilly for a light bulb for my tail light. I received the best service. Mrs Danyelle and Mr David went above and beyond to help me. Their guest services was awesome. I would like to thank the both of them for all they did to make my day. Awesome job to the team and Manager. Thank you.
Went into this location for wiper blades, and left with wiper blades and money back! The associate David, told me about there 1 year wiper blade warranty that I was unaware of. This saved me $20 that I would've thrown in the trash and also showed his loyalty to the customer in helping me save money
Great experience with them every time i have to go in there. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and they dont treat females like they are clueless like some of the other parts stores. If they do not know the answer they take the time to try their best to find the answer. I would recommend the tappahannock store over any other auto parts place in the northern neck and middle peninsula. GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE.
Terrible customer service. Wife went in for a battery and they refused to replace it even though they offer free replacement. They wouldn't replace with an economy line battery, but they would with the premium line. No reason why the battery couldn't be changed. It is not difficult to access nor did they need any specialized equipment. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Go somewhere else.

I’m no mechanic and couldn’t tell you the difference between one part to the next, but the employees always asks the right questions to make sure I get what I need.

Staff doesn’t greet you or help, the older white lady (manager I’m guessing) with the short white hair is the rudest she can be …. Always a stale face and has an attitude 24/7. I’ll be giving my business to auto zone and advanced like i have been. Disgusting.
Staff not helpful at all, only 2 guys and they were too busy telling stories about nothing related to that business to help me find the part I was looking for. Just pointed to a wall and left me on my own. I'm not a mechanic and needed help. Even when I told him I couldn't figure it out, They still didn't help. I left & went somewhere else where it took the guy about 30 seconds to put the part in my hand plus he gave me 3 options that would work. Prices were much higher at O'Reilly too. Never setting foot in there again.
The store decided to CANCEL my $401 online order, purchased for my daughter’s emergency breakdown, because my card showed my billing address as my Florida Home Address. REALLY, IN THIS ELECTRONICS WORLD. IF THE CARD IS APPROVED WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE WHERE YOU LIVE. THEY WOULDN’T EVEN RUN THE MASTERCARD “DUE TO THE DISTANCE INVOLVED” I was told!!!
