Absolutely wonderful experience! Promptly came out to tow my daughter's car after a deer jumped over the guardrail at 1:00 a.m. Got the deer out from under her car and towed the car to our house. Very reasonable rates. Made a bad situation a little better. Highly recommend!
Locked my keys in the car and it took them a little while to get here because it was late on a Sunday but they were so fast at getting my car open, great service.

Very serious Saftey issues. Had a Buick enclave towed, driver only secured the car with a single tie down on the driver rear wheel and his bridle. When the driver left he also did not secure his bridle. Hope he doesn’t hurt anyone
This place absolutely sucks 3 months ago I call for a tow they give me a run around & waited until 11pm(5 hours) after calling to call back and say they can do it the next morning. Called again today told me they were 30 minutes out and then call back suppose to be here within 10 minutes and canceled the call on be bc they had a police call these people sicken me !! How do you call yourself a service?

Currently left in the middle of nowhere thinking I can get a tow to get my tire changed b4 4pm & to tell me one thing then call back and do for someone else isn't good customer service either
There was a long wait for the driver, he had to tow another vehicle ahead of us that was about two hours away. However, the driver was friendly,. He provided excellent service.

Was in the area for schooling (which is hour away from home) stopped by grocery store on lunch break to only lock my phone wallet and keys in trunk!!! Pete came within 5 mins to assist recovering items and getting back on the road!! Extremely Fast, friendly, helpful and kind!! Keep up the great work 👏 will 1,000% recommend!! Even the employees at grocery store had all good things to say when they heard what company was coming!!!
Tire blowouts are stressful. Especially on a Friday evening when local tire shops are closed for the weekend. Fortunately, I was privileged to have Parker Towing Service respond for roadside assistance. Steve, the driver, is an amazing, thoughtful, and talented professional. The otherwise stressful situation was handled in a manner that far exceeded past occasions. Ashley, the dispatcher, was a ray of sunshine 🌞. She showed compassion and communicated with kindness. A very difficult tow in my opinion. Picked it up with no problem and the tow truck driver new exactly how to operate efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone
Showed up at time given by insurance. Very nice and polite and made me feel like I wasnt an inconvience. Helped me get van jacked high enough to switch tires.
My Rig broke down and they said they would be out within 2 hrs. They were not only on time but brought a team of 4 as well as a service car for me to ride in. Awesome guys!!
