i just bought a ford edge and it was so clean it almost looked new. shadi was very good to deal with and professional. i would recommend him to anyone skittish about buying a used car from a sales lot. only problem i had was i did not know how to close the window so had to keep it open all the way home. ha.
Shadai was very helpful and accommodating. He gave reasonable discounts and took care of a couple of repairs. He was friendly and the process went very smoothly. He answered all of my questions and was flexible for my schedule.
My experience was great and easy . Shadi helped me and worked with me and had me in a vehicle ASAP and anytime I called or had question he responded diligently ?? I would highly recommend.
Visited this lot in 2025 to look for a car. Lot was overloaded with cars in various conditions. I pointed out an oil leak on one....he said it was old oil. I asked to see a car in the back and he had to move several cars....jump starting one in the process. The car I was interested in was running rough.....he said it was normal and just needs to be driven. It was not normal and had a ignition or injector issue. He also whispered to me that men look at cars differently than women- as my wife made an observation about one. I thanked him for his time and left after looking at two or three cars. As I was leaving over his protests, he said "thanks for wasting my time" in return. I also asked a few locals with knowledge of the business which helped me form an opinion as well. I also want to point out all the five star reviews. I have looked at some of them and see red flags. I found two reviews -from two different people-that have the exact same wording. He might have a few good cars at a good price, but get them checked by a nearby mechanic first. Based on my experience with the owner, I can't recommend the business.
I bought a car from Greenway Auto a year ago and I have been extremely pleased with the vehicle. The price was fair, the condition of the vehicle inside and out was immaculate, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended Greenway Auto if you are in the market for a used car.
Shadi Madain stayed three hours after closing (also after his vacation was to start) so that he could argue with the bank until he got us approved for one of the nicest cars I’ve ever owned. I will ONLY be buying cars at this dealership from now on.

Shadi was straight forward and easy to work with. He allowed me to crawl all under and around the vehicle to inspect for any repairs I may need to make. He gave me space to think about it and discuss with my wife. He was not pushy. He did all the paperwork and provided us with temporary tags very quickly. He also made sure all the tires had good air pressure before we drove over an hour and a half home. I would use Shadi again. The price was very fair.
Sadid was magnificent. I had totaled my car in a not at fault accident and Geico low balled me on my claim. Sadid was able to get me in an affordable Mitsubishi Mirage. I traveled from Virginia Beach to pick up the car, and when we arrived Sadid had everything ready for us. We were in and out of his sales lot in less than an hour. Sadid is a gentleman and gave us an excellent deal!! I highly recommend Greenway Auto & Sadid!!

I had a good experience with working with Shadi. I’ve only had the car for about a week, But so far it’s been good. I have trust issues when getting a car from anywhere honestly, but so far I haven’t had any problems. I test drove the car and noticed the gas was very low, and when Shadi got into the car to turn it around for me he noticed the gas light as well, and without me saying anything to him he said he’ll meet me at the gas station right across from them, and would put some gas in it and filled it up to a half tank for me. He was nice and easy to talk to. I was so nervous and he made the experience easy.
