I had a deer body slam my windshield, dent the driver side pillar, and take out my driver side mirror back in October; this shop is in network with StateFarm and I chose it out of the two options I had locally based on the previous reviews and I just want to say JOB WELL DONE. I had no issues with StateFarm and it was all taken care of between the two businesses. You all really went the extra mile and I appreciate it; my car is more than just a car and I got her back in the best shape. Thank you all so much. Not only is the repair amazing they also cleaned the inside of the car and shined the tires. They will do ANY future body work if I need some. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my car.

My Honda was towed there as a result of a deer running over it. Frederick and Daren were very friendly and professional in handling my situation with my insurance company. They gave good candid advice and feedback. They made me feel at ease throughout the process. I'd have let them fixed my car if it was not a total loss.
Deer strike banged up my nice ride pretty good, but Darren and crew got it back to me in short order good as new. They worked seamlessly directly with State Farm, I never had to lift a finger. Best experience ever with a car repair place. Thanks!
I always read business reviews and now I’m happy to write one! I received outstanding service from Ridgeway’s Autobody. Tracey was super friendly and helpful and she did a very thorough inspection and a detailed estimate. I did receive a slightly lower estimate from a different business, but I wasn’t convinced of the thoroughness of that inspection and estimate so I went with Ridgeway’s. I’m so glad I did! They were able to get my car in quickly, the work was completed on schedule and it really looks great. They cleaned my car so it looked better than when I took it in. I’m very impressed with their work and I will certainly come back if I ever need bodywork again. Very highly recommend!
I used this shop for repairs after I hit a deer. My car was ready exactly when the said it might be and I got text messages updates throughout the process. Bonus, my car was actually cleaner than I had left it when I got it back. They made the insurance process and deductible payment an easy process. There was absolutely no issues with the car after they fixed it but they would have allowed me to bring it back if I found anything. I’d definitely go back if I needed to!
Hit a deer. Great fix of hood, front bumper, and headlight. Fair price, and vehicle was returned in a timely manner. Fantastic customer service in person, and on phone. Great text updates throughout process. Car looks good as new, and was returned with a fresh and clean interior. I will use this business from now on.
After our daughter was rear ended in an accident we chose Ridgeway’s to do the repairs and we also added some touch up paint and repair to the front bumper as well. These guys are amazing and the van looked like new! We got our van back on time, no complaints at all! Tracy is super sweet and had the best customer service attitude and kept us informed on everything they were doing! The trunk lid is automatic and was affected after the crash and it wanted to act up when we picked it up, and those guys worked their tale off to get it just right so that it was in working order! Above and beyond service there and you won’t regret using them! I hope we never have another accident, but if we do, they are too choice!! Thank you Ridgeway’s!
I would highly recommend Ridgeway to anyone needing repairs. From the first phone call the friendly demeanor and fast response time was amazing! They offered information for a towing company that I could call if I needed to be towed. I did call them and they showed up before I could even get the stuff out of the car. The gentleman patiently waited for me and was incredibly friendly. Everything from there continued to move quickly and smoothly. Everyone involved in the process was phenomenal and kept me informed along the way. I am not even able to put into words the magic they did cleaning my car. Oh and I guess I should also mention the actual work they did on the car. I am extremely pleased and have had no issues that have popped up since I picked it up. This shop helped me through an insurance claim. They were professional, courteous and skilled. My truck was returned to me prior to when they said it would be ready and in great shape. Not only was everything completely repaired but my truck was cleaned too and bottom. Thank you for such a great job!! I didn’t even know that this shop even existed prior to my event but now I will be a regular customer!!!
My car was T boned while stuck sideways in road from snow in December. I was recommended to go to Ridgeway by friends .I'm pretty picky having worked for a body shop years back.Their prices are reasonable, very good service, great response to customer service.
