  Far and away higher offer for yellow brass, and the highest paying for nearly every recyclable metal, if they aren't the highest, they are close and their service easily makes up the difference. Good place to visit.

  Went to the scrapyard today and don’t really like going there because some of the people that work there are very rude but… the lady today name Sarah was very nice and helpful she was very patient and polite, and friendly and the worker on the forklift was also helpful…. Hopefully it can be like that all the time…..

  Everybody was rude and the two ladies in non ferrous tried to scam me on brass irony for dirty aluminum but didn’t know I use to work for scrap yard before only then she tried to switch it up receptionist was rude as well go to mid atlantic from now on

  I sat in line for 30 minutes just now before they said we’re closing. Yall can’t take care of the people already in line?! The workers here are rude and clearly want to work at the bare minimum.

  The hours listed said that it closed at 12 on Saturday.I went there around 11:10 and was promptly told that they were closed now.I understand that Google sometimes post the wrong hours, So that didn't really bother me too much.The reason for the one star is because while they could have respectfully told me that they were close, the girl practically sneered when she told me, that didn't sit well with me and I don't think I'll be taking any business to this place in the future.

  They don’t have clear instructions on to wait for the green light on the scale my weight immediately pops up so I assumed I was good to go they guy didn’t trust I was throwing away metal walked over to my trunk. Not to mention they cheat you out of cash in my opinion threw over 30 lbs of old engine components away I got $3

  Sims metal management is not reliable for your scrap runs. They close for no reason when they are supposed to be open. I pulled up there today, and their gate was some what closed but open enough to get through easily. It didn’t look like anything was happening. I asked an employee if they were open and she rudely said “there’s a sign on the gate”. This is not the first time this has happened. I had gone there in the afternoon one time and was told that they are not open for private scrap. It wasn’t until I was on the scale when I was told this. In conclusion, stay away from this dump.

  Sims is one of the top places large companies ship there excess recyclable, or cash in there scrap. From my previous visits to the place they also give the largest prices for most recyclebles. However my rate is based upon the center for smaller recycling (the non truck scale items) Its the best place to go to cash in your scrap metals!

  They will try to downgrade any materials you bring them. Recently brought 2000 lbs of clean aluminum only to have them try to give me sheet price for two bolts, even after removing what they found. I would also recommend seeing the spectrometer if you have any unknown metals shot. They wanted to give me regular stainless price for A286. I took it to another local yard and got 60 cents more per lb.

  If you care about your trailer please do your self a favor and avoid this place, damaged the floor, scratches all over the walls and as you can see on the pictures very dirty.

  This is the slowest scrap metal place to receive your money I've been in this cramped office for almost an hour with 13 other people and it's taking 15 minutes for each person, like what the hell takes so long!? Frrustrated and probably going to a different place for now on.
