Reckless drivers!!!!! Driving 18 wheelers and cross over 58 with out stoping just drive across and hope others stop. I report to police department every time I see this behavior. They will kill someone!!!!

Wrap all your parts when they are being delivered in people's cars that are delivering though a delivery service like door dash.....

You call them and it goes to a machine. Tells you to press a number to be transferred to someone. You press the number and nothing happens. You go in to get your supplies and the people taking your order have no experience with the products and cannot suggest things for you. Half the time they can't even create an invoice for you without taking 20 minutes. Very unskilled, poorly trained people. I ordered a couple things and asked for it to be delivered. They said they would send it same day and it never came. Next day? Still nothing. I'm done using this company.

Terrible service, I purchased a transmission that came broken. After I tried to use my warranty and they refused to take it. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!

Stay away from this company!!!! I did spend $1800 for a transmission plus I Spent $1000 for labour . The transmission was still bad. They don’t even want to take responsibility and rude when u call them,

We purchased 2 transmissions, spent money to install them, they turned out to be even worse than the original ones on the vehicles. Supposedly there is “6 months” warranty. You would think it would be easy for them just to swap the transmissions. But no, i guess they are using some third party warranty company so they did everything possible not to send us another transmission and take these ones back. They asked for multiple documentation and we sent them all, they rejected both of our claims and refused to send us another transmission. They don’t even want to listen to you, warranty company guy hung up on me once, I had to call back again…will never order from them again!

Just had the worst experience with this company. Ordered a differential to my shop Wednesday December 6th. Was told I should have it Friday or Monday at the latest. Tuesday I reached out because the differential still had not showed up, and was informed the first differential was no good and I will have it Thursday. Thursday came and went no differential, reached out Friday and was told it would be there Monday no matter what. Monday came and went and Tuesday called again and was told it would be Wednesday, they had a truck break down. Wednesday driver showed up with the rear end and was in a super rush and was not pleasant to say the least, and before he unloaded found out the paperwork was wrong and there was no warranty, when we paid extra for the extended warranty. While trying to get this all situated with the sales department the driver just leaves without saying anything taking the rear end we had been waiting almost 2 weeks for. I reached out the the dispatch manager and she assured me I would have it Thursdays, called to check in after lunch was told she would call me back soon with an eta. Never received a call back and called again after 4 to see what the deal was and was told the driver would not be coming today and due to the holiday and they would deliver it Tuesday. At this point i have completely lost my mind and told them I was on my way to get it from Gloucester (about 75 mins 1 way) and after a lot of back and forth they agreed to leave the rear end outside somewhere I could get it after hours. So i finally got it after having to go get it and when I asked for a discount through management due to all these inconveniences, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. So I paid the invoice and told them I would never buy anything from them again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them if your in any sort of urgency of getting your part on time, or unless you can go pick it up yourself!

DON'T DO IT...this is not even the last place I would purchase anything from. Brought an engine from here, had it put in my truck and it never made it out of the shop. It was smoking like crazy when they started it and put a hole in the block. I paid $1588.00, got back $1325.00 and now I out over $1300.00 for installation and removal. Their warranty is a joke.

ZERO STARS.... NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. These people are so rude on the phone. They have no patience. Also never buy the parts and labor warranty because they will find a reason not to accept the claim. All I can say is I hope this place gets what they deserve for taking my $2000 and not even trying to make the situation right.... . ... ZERO STARS!!!!

Not nice on the phone. I'm always stuck on hold. The parts they sell me I always have to return. They say "No damage on the phone" and then I get doors and hoods and fenders riddled with dents, scrapes, even rust. Awful. When I call for a return, their parts take up space here for weeks

Chris is awesome! For some reason the lobby is still closed but he is easily reached by phone. I purchased two parts in the past 3 days and he has been very courteous and on time. Much cheaper than buying from a parts store! OEM part for a third of a remanufactured part WITH A 6 MONTH WARRANTY

I have been fixing cars for 40 years and they are on point fast service very friendly and they delivered what they said they would I am getting ready to purchase another engine from them I will not be using anybody else

I showed up a little too soon to pick up an engine I ordered through eBay. It can be funny to just show up there, luckily I had been before a few years ago so I had an idea at least. I spoke with an older gentlemen and he had no idea about my eBay order.. but he was able to call Beth up front for me. Though I waited around a little while, Beth was extremely helpful and was able to "rush" the processing and I was able to leave with my engine the same day. They made me feel like they actually cared by saying things like "well the customer is here and waiting" Definitely important because I don't have many week days off to pick up but I learned my lesson if I would've just bought it there instead of eBay I wouldn't have had that problem

I can’t understand, how we still have people with no customer service skills at their businesses... I called LKQ several times For two days and someone finally, after holding for 20 minutes, picked up, said hello, herd what I had to say and hung up ? No feedback or anything, so my question is, would you have responded better if you knew I was white !!! I guess you guys pick and choose who deserves to be serviced....smh, terrible customer service..

I was told a week ago they had a part I needed quickly but they had to order it and it would be there by today. I called today to check and was transfered 4 times and put on hold for a total of 48 minutes just to be informed that the order was never placed. Terrible company with awful customer service.

Could be a great experience if the front desk person was also not actively taking Call Center calls while trying to talk to customers. Went to pickup the parts but did not work on my car last time. Parts I tried previously with different issue worked great and decent price.

Order part that was on line for 49 and they try to charge me 75 for it it was on thwre web site wasted 2 weeks to tell me that what a joke don't buy from them look else where

Their used engines are overpriced. Their warranty sucks ass. You get a 6month warranty on used engines with them, but trust me they're going to do their best not to honor it. I'm going through it with them now because a engine I bought from them went bad on me out of nowhere and their technician said it was from overheating and the heat tabs melted off. The engine didn't overheat and the tabs are still on it. Had a shop tear the engine down and it was clean. It was lack of oil pressure from the oil pump. Will have to take them to court.

Everyone says its bad customer service has obviously never been to a junkyard. This place is clean and has AC for you to relax in while they pull your part. IF they say it will be ready tomorrow its ready. Fair prices and above all. They have CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!

Customer service sucks! Ordered part & it never came and when I called to follow up they had very nonchalant uncaring attitude...I advise not using this company if you need dependable service, I definitely will never rely on them again...
