I had some issues ordering a driver window with an online auto parts store and called Metro to see if they had the window in stock (first time I looked into buying used parts). They checked their lot to confirm the glass was still there and intact before I drove there. They had it! Great price for an OEM glass and in great condition. They worked fast to get it pulled. I cleaned it up and installed it, fitment was perfect and glass looks great! They are definitely on my list when I look for parts now.
These guys are awesome! Came in for a center console and they took care of me. Had to wait a bit as they were very busy, but I was in and out with what I needed at a very reasonable price. I ended up coming back on two separate occasions to pick up a forgotten/missing part from the console assembly and they were very supportive, and had me in and out with the missing parts. These are great and knowledgeable people, would highly recommend for your used auto parts!
I will never in life go to Metro for anything again I would rather set my car on fire they took advantage of me sold me an engine and it was the wrong one charged me re stock and didn’t inform me of the restock fee at the time of purchase or while he asked me a bunch of question and told him the car at the shop is he only thing I have is the vin sir I’m at work I’m coming on my break everyone else say I just need the vin and they can make sure it’s the right one assured me it was going to match for my car and guess what it didn’t that was not good business that was nonsense so now and I’m from Ga messed up my holiday and took my money unjust don’t profit they are terrible people
Phone always down I bought a part using my chime card on Apple Pay and then the next day they said the part was bad so they tried to refund me but said I used a different card when I have proof I bought it off the ONLY card I use so they basically scammed me smh
Went to go a part for a car. I asked the man at the counter if the part works and he replied he didn't know. So I asked well how can I buy a part if you are unsure if it works.
He told me that's a risk I would have to take and no refunds..

Picked up a used climate control panel for one of my customers and had no problems and even had a conversation about car repairs and what transmissions to stay away from. Will do business with them in future if a customer wants a used part for their car.
Metro has a huge selection of used auto parts. They probably have what you are looking for. The prices are good and if they don't have it they will find who does .
I had the pleasure of working with Butch from Metro on a gauge cluster I needed for my own car.
Their business phone lines actually went down the day I was ordering the part and this gentleman actually called me from his own cell phone to get the order done and make sure we were good to go.
I would absolutely recommend these guys even if your not local they do offer shipping, Butch was very nice to do buisness with and actually treats ya more like a friend then a customer ,for that alone I consider Metro a valuable asset for replacement parts.
Called to see about a part and gentleman said he would call us back because they had the car but unsure of the part. Waited a couple hours so we went there. They didn't have the part but he forgot to call us back.Which I get if you get busy and since this apparently is not a pick-and -pull we were unable to even look at the car to see if we might want other parts. How can you sell anything if it's a pick and pull but you don't call your customers back?

Was very pleased. Husband drove 55 miles to another tow yard that we reserved a piece that had been sold upon the morning of arrival, he was able to go to this establishment and get the same piece at the same price. I am a pleased wife. Thank you
Was diving down a busy intersection and gave this tow driver plenty of room to merge for several miles, at which point he did not. Then in moving traffic a TOW TRUCK cuts me off while traffic is moving almost causing an accident and then drove several miles with his hands out his window shooting birds and yelling and cursing despite him being in the wrong and me leaving several lengths in front of me prior to that for him to get over while he was on his phone. So there’s that Tag 4802 TV. Called to report it to the business and it’s the same guy that was driving answering the phone that has been apparently giving bad customer service per other reviews.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Glad I didn't go here because if someone talked to me like the guy talked to me the phone in person, he would've left work on a stretcher.
Just came out from there to pick up a car that was towed. Staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespecful the entire time we were there! Even though they were rude we still kept our calm. They do not know how to provide any sort of customer service. When asked a simple question about how the towing would work he didnt care to answer our question even though he deals with situations like on the regular he rudely responded that i need to just call the other company while the other coworker just laughed at our shocked expressions. I get it you get paid no matter what but you should still show respect to others as a human being. We werent difficult to deal with, we didnt give him ahard time. Im just baffled at how these people treat their customers. If i could give negative stars i would, but i guess im sticking to just the one star.
I called to get pricing after being recommended by this really nice sales manager at pick in pull in Virginia Beach for a donut tire and about hit the floor when the guy told me he would charge me $75!! Really crazy when i just purchased the only two they had at pick and pull for $15 a piece..smmfh..very disappointed..
They had a 13 inch rim for my Honda, and that is so hard to find, and their customer service was wonderful.. They were great to work with and I'm so glad I found them!! I'll definitely be calling them again in the future!!

Somebody had stolen one of my tires right off my car and these guys had the exact rim and tire I needed at a very good price. Very thankful I was able to find them. They were easy to work with and very kind and understanding.
These guys are my first call everytime i need a dealer/ used part. Easy to deal with and they stand behind their parts. Ive dealt with the driver, Mark, at 2 shops now. Havent met a nicer dude.
I got a fair price for a used trannie that included delivery, but a couple weeks AFTER it had gone out of their warranty I was having serious problems. I was EXTREMELY impressed that these folks stood by what they sold me and delivered me a 2nd one the next day. You are always taking a chance with used parts, but your risk is minimized with this company.
