They won't even pick up and they are the ones supposed to pick up my car asap and I can't even get them to answer the phone and the mailbox is full. This is ridiculous and it's been several hours now they close in 2 mind at 4:30pm smh figures why they aren't answering

Absolutely love dealing with Heather and the others however the blonde manager was super rude to me today and has been lately. I don't know what her deal is. I come here almost weekly. Said they close at 415 when the sign says 430 among other things. I guess she just doesn't want to people today. I am just going to avoid her from now on.

Amazing....awesome people to work with .....tow truck driver matthew aka Scooby was a angel and the best tow truck driver I've ever seen...thank you! Heather from the office was a about delight to work with as well...definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I had a junk car that I needed gone today. The other junk car companies could not meet my needs. Heather made this process so easy. They were able to come get my car the same day. The tow guy, scuby, was awesome too. Thank you all so much. 100% would recommend.

I absolutely love this place... the staff are amazing Heather and Samantha are like family. One time this guy stole my bag and they made sure they went over the cameras and found out who stolen it and I got it back that same day. Again like I said amazing..

How end the clerk is a great cashier she’s always helping us to find prices and cars that we need and always friendly and helpful I am really thankful for her we stopped going to pick and pull and now just come here because of her.

I used to like this place. Things have changed. Everything has a set price. The days of haggling are over. No one wants to horse trade no more. I do like how organized they are. That's top rate. They let u know where all the vehicles u r looking for r. But the prices are high. Also don't expect to negotiate. They don't budge. But they do give good money for scrap rims. Also what's up with the 2 bucks the see the cars??

Be wary of their "sales". We went today for the "40 Percent off everything sale" only for them to add a 80 day warranty to everything. When I called to ask about this they said whenever there is a sale they have to add the warranty and there is no way to take it off or refund it. We've been a long time patron of Foss. First time using a discount, which made some of the items almost full price. Unfortunately this will be our last time visiting. We don't support deceptive companies.

Multiple of attempted calls during business hours to reach an associate went unsuccessful. The website is extremely non-user-friendly to identify vehicles in stock for car parts. Will be looking at other junk locations! FAIL

Unbeknownst to me $52 was added to my receipt for 90 day warranty's. I was not asked if I would like the extra charges. There is also no display screen that the customer can see during checkout. When my receipt was given to me I asked about taking the extra charges off and they said "the money is already with the warranty company" and I can basically go F***K myself. To me this is company is being intentionally deceiving and is border line robbery. I will not be returning.

Outstanding service over the phone and on site. I live in Norfolk and went all the way to Chesapeake. After calling pick and pull in Virginia Beach. I used Foss. The guy at pick and pull told me they had 3 or 4 of the generation of Honda Accords I was looking for but wasn't able to tell me whether or not the Accords had AC condensers in them. With all the technology in the world that was ridiculous. Foss told me they had 12 and 6 had condensers in them. The guy at the entrance gave me a print out of where all twelve were located and I located a really good used ac condenser. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'll definitely use Foss again.

I have worked in broadcast television for over 20 years so it pains me to criticize someone using the power of TV to reach the masses. However, their TV commercial focused mainly on how someone could sell them their Driveway Art, for more then the "Other Guy." So being the owner of a 2003 explorer/storage shed...that I wouldn't feel right giving, much less selling, to someone...I decided to give it a whirl and get a quote. Hoping to make a buck instead of paying to get it towed away. After calling several times over 3 day no one has answered the phone. The voicemail message urging me to leave my information, is too drawn out with unhelpful instructions. To add insult to injury, the recorded greeting never hangs up. I spent about 60 to 90 seconds listening to the remainder of the greeting in the persons pocket. When the greeting finally finishes the announcement that the mailbox if full immediately kicks in. Sorry guys, I wanted to support a local advertiser, but I'll need to move on to one of your competitors that allow me to get a quote in minutes directly from the website. I don't like to criticize any business openly like this but I could never get though, to a live person, on the phone to privately express my disappointment and greeting circumstances you may not be aware of concerning your voice mail.

They advertise a price list online and do not honor it. I went and pulled a few parts thinking it would cost me a certain amount at checkout it was nearly double. When I asked why they said there price list online wasn't right. And wouldn't honor it. I consider that false advertising!!!!!

I am local to this area, if I need a part for my cars I always check here first. It beats many other yards for quantity AND pricing. What I'm seeing people aren't fully understanding is that foss recycling is a business and they need to keep everything at the shop level running smoothly, calling and asking for a part will only yield them looking at their computer as quickly as possible to get back to the customers in store(not walking the yard for you to check). If that car has been properly picked it WILL be removed to make room for other vehicles. These people work diligently to keep everything running and yes they have these things called return policies where they don't want to lose money they have already received. That same sort of policy seems to happen in many retail stores as well (strange right?). In my experience if you happen to pull the wrong part you can get credit for it to pull a different part. I can see where the customer service can lack on occasion. But I will continue to come back until the day my car repairs itself. 5/5

Just called and was asking if the had a specific model of 3series bmw. They were very rude in the middle of what I was asking they interrupted me and told me to, "please hold". After holding I tried asking again if they had a specific 3 series model in the yard and they asked what part. They said they have a 3 series in row 99. I asked what model and they said what I thought was 335. I tried asking to clarify and they hung up on me. I am not sure what kind of business they want to run but being rude like will not keep people coming back.

I would recommend against using this company. They DO NOT accept consumer scrap as described by their website. When asked, they simply said "it's not our fault, the website is run in North Carolina. We haven't taken consumer scrap in a couple years. You should have called first." They take no responsibility for their issues - especially poor website management (the preferred method of getting information about a business - especially today). It is more their desire to fix the blame for their bad service on the customer.

I messed up my car yesterday morning tire busted and I went up on the wall twice outside of the tunnel. I was just trying to get a few dollars back from the $1500 I paid. Foss had me on hold for 17 minutes the first time, the second time they please h" and put the phone down and I heard a conversation about 100 plus missed calls. The third time I was on hold for 5 minutes. The fourth time I called they finally half way helped me heard them talking then was put on hold and they finally offered me $75 whole dollars. And a short time later they called me back and I said y'all offered me 75 thanks anyway and he just hung up on me -_- how are they able to keep a business open?

Looked on the internet for the inventory. Found what I was looking for. went there on Saturday April 15 2017. Check in with the counter, told them what I needed. The girl looked it up. Told me the car was on isle 51. PAID MY MONEY, to go in the yard. Did not find the car at all in the yard. Went back to counter and the girl told me well I guess it is gone.. Not good experience for the first time going.Spent over two hours driving there and back. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME GAS AND MONEY TO GO INTO THE YARD !!!!!!!

Great experience, staff has a great sense of humor and the prices are better than pick N pull on most things...well the things I bought anyway. Good variety of models and lots of parts still on them. Not Freddy Krueger'd up too bad, most parts removed with minimal damage to donor vehicle. I'll certainly be back.

You had ONE JOB.... and you didn't do it. Looked up their inventory online, it listed the car I was looking for. Called to confirm the car was there, they looked it up in their computer...said it was there. I get to the yard today and start looking for the car....guess what....you guessed it....wasn't there. The sales person told me which isle it was on and didn't say anything about it being removed from the yard, I looked there and every other isle where the car should have been according to manufacturer grouping. It was not there, like i said they had one job to do and them messed it up and they didn't even offer to give me back my fee to get on the yard after incorrectly informing me that the vehicle I was looking for was there. I don't care if this is the only place on the planet that has the part i'm looking for, I will never come back here. Good customer service is more important to me than inexpensive auto parts.

Totally fine there... I just came from there and there was a great selection of car parts and the prices were great. Not sure how they could steal your bank information and ruin your life if you pay in cash haha.... seems like these reviews are fake reviews from competitors or something. Anyway, I got some great cheap parts for my Saturn and I am very happy to get my Saturn back into tip top shape!
