Do not use this company. If you see Bay Recovery and the owner, towing a vehicle in your direction get as far away as possible. My car was parked and he backed another vehicle he was towing into the side of my car. He admitted guilt and stated he would pay for repairs in front of two eye witnesses. He has now dissappear and put a block on my phone. Will be going to claims court. Bypass Bay Recovery and get as far away as possible unless you are ready to listen to lies and cursing. Would give minus 5 stars if possible.
Driver went above and beyond to assist me this morning. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Price was great and he made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family
Very professional and caring towing service. They were unable to tow my daughters car without causing more damage due to no fault of theirs. They told us of several other towing companies that could help. As well as checking up on us to make sure we got home even into the next day. Thank you again Mr. Jack!
Best tow company in the area! Quick, professional, and best of all they care. For our situation they couldn't tow our vehicle without causing more damage. They helped us find another company with different equipment, a d they kept in contact with us to make sure we were good. They did not have to do any of that.
I called to have my car towed and the dispatch hung up on me twice so I called century towing off of baker rd they took care of me twice for my car was never rude and gave me a reasonable price thanks heath from century towing,and Kevin from bay recovery I you told me to call if I needed a tow your dispatch is horrible and rude I expected better Kevin.
My son’s car broke down and we called another tow service a friend “recommended ” and I hung up on them after hearing their price.
So pulled up google and started calling places, like 10 different places. By this point I was ready to set my sons car on fire and walk away from it vice calling one more tow company.
The last place I called, should have been the first, Bay Recovery. They were the only tow service that:
-Gave an honest estimated time of pickup.
-A honest/fair price
-The dispatcher was great to talk to (South Carolina!!)
-Driver actually called when he was on his way, and was a straight up good dude.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but these folks warranted a positive review and have earned all my future business and it’s the only tow service I will recommend.
The young man that came today to tow my car gave me excellent service. I forgot his name. He was very professional and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and did his job really well. He towed my car to Firestone without any damage done to it . I appreciate him helping me and would recommend him to anyone needing their car towed.
I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and care shown to me from Kevin the owner. He took care of my needs as I was trying to handle matters from Delaware for my son's car in Virginia. He towed it from one facility to another. Sent pictures of the vehicle and requested the current facility place air in the tire of the car before removing it. He waited patiently and kept me informed the entire time from pick up to drop off. I would certainly recommend this company. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you.
One of your trucks came flying through our neighborhood while our kids were playing outside. I could visibly see the driver holding and looking down at a cell phone. Unprofessional and unsafe.
I called to inquire about a vehicle that this company towed and the person who answered had horrible communication skills. After him being snide, and rude, I was rushed off the phone and hung up on. If you have your car towed, good luck to you.
They don't make them like this anymore.....stand up guy waited in the pouring rain for 5 hours to get my family's rv over the chesapeake bay Bridge when he could of left and said sorry I have things to do. This man will give you the shirt off his back. Hand down the best! Thanks again buddy!
Customer service here is extremely horrible! I got cursed out my the Owner on two different occasions. I don’t think this is the proper way to handle your customers. If it wasn’t for me being involved in an accident I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! They just threw items through the vehicle! Horrible service
I was having a bit of a crisis, my car had broken down on the peninsula and I love on southside. I had called my insurance and they were going to charge me nearly $300 to tow my car back to my house. So I googled towing close to me and I called the number. They were going to tow my car home for me but when I told them I was using my bank card, they were going to charge me more just because of that. What a blessing that turned out to be. Because then I remembered Ryan Diggs has a towing company. I find Ryan's number and called him. Told him what I needed, he said ok. I asked when can you go get my car, he said right now. He had my car picked up in New Port News and delivered to me on Suffolk in less than 2 hours. And he didn't charge me as much as either of the other 2 were going to.
So happy I remembered to call Ryan! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my car! You're locked in now.
